У статті подано результати аналізу понятійного апарату тестових завдань з біології, які використано у тестах зовнішнього незалежного оцінювання (ЗНО) 2008 – 2018 рр. Показано, що понятійний апарат тестів становлять переважно спеціальні та загальнобіологічні поняття, кількість яких залежить від змісту завдань і розділу біології, на основі якого його розроблено, і не залежить від форми тестового завдання. У ході дослідження було визначено тенденції щодо зміни структури тестів ЗНО з біології внаслідок уведення тестових завдань різних форматів, динаміку зменшення рівня використання загальнобіологічних понять у тестових завданнях (від 22 % у 2008 р. до 9 % у 2018 р.), виявлено, що загальнонаукові поняття та поняття міжпредметного характеру становлять 8 – 10 % від загальної кількості використаних у завданнях понять. Показано, що тести, що їх використовують для ЗНО з біології, спрямовані на оцінювання переважно предметних компетентностей випускників, сформульовано проблему щодо можливостей і напрямів використання досвіду, набутого в процесі впровадження ЗНО в Україні, для розроблення педагогічного вимірювального інструментарію з біології для проведення державної підсумкової атестації (ДПА) за базову школу у формі ЗНО, враховуючи необхідність оцінювання предметних і ключових компетентностей учнів.
The article presents the results of the analysis of the conceptual apparatus of the test questions in biology, which was used in the tests of external independent evaluation in 2008–-2018. It is shown that the conceptual apparatus of tests consists mainly of special and general biological concepts, the number of which depends on the content of the tasks and from the section of biology, on the basis of which it was developed, and does not depend on the form of the test task. In the course of the study, trends in the change in the structure of the tests from biology were identified due to the introduction of test tasks of various formats, the dynamics of the reduction of the use of general biological concepts in test tasks (from 22 % in 2008 to 9 % in 2018), it was found that general science the concept and concept of inter-subject character make up from 8 to 10 % of the total number of concepts used in the tasks. It has been shown that the tests used for testing from biology aimed at evaluation, in the majority of the subject competences of graduates, formulated the problem about the possibilities and directions of using the experience gained during the process of implementation of external independent evaluation in Ukraine, for the development of a pedagogical measuring instrument for biology for the state final certification for a base school in the form of an external independent assessment, taking into account the need to assess the subject and key competencies of students. |
