The authors have analyzed bibliographical data pertaining to the role of the laws ofLaplas, Poiseuille, Fick, the reflex of Betsold -Yarysh in providing a health-improving effect of yogas' full breathing accompanied by an improvement of the functional potentials of the respiratory, the cardio-vascular system, the intestine and the liver. Reserve potentials of the vasodilatating effect on Eiler-Liljestrand's reflex for the purpose of ensuring the prevention of the development of pneumosclerosis as a consequence of age and destructive changes of tissues have been elucidates in this paper.
