У роботі досліджено основні етапи становлення елементів податку в системі оподаткування доходів фізичних осіб; визначено сутність податку на доходи фізичних осіб, його основі ознаки, функції та елементи; проаналізовано нормативно-правове регулювання справляння податку на доходи фізичних осіб та єдиного податку з фізичних осіб; проведено оцінку фіскальної ефективності основних податків з доходів фізичних осіб; розглянуто зарубіжний досвід країн Європейського Союзу щодо справляння податків з доходів фізичних осіб та можливості його адаптації в Україні; визначено напрями удосконалення системи оподаткування доходів фізичних осіб в Україні.
The basic stages of becoming of elements of tax are in-process investigational in the system of taxation of profits of physical persons; essence of income tax is certain physical persons, to his basis of sign, function and elements; the normatively-legal adjusting of production of income tax is analysed physical persons and united tax from physical persons; the estimation of fiscal efficiency of basic taxes is conducted from the profits of physical persons; foreign experience of countries of European Union is considered in relation to the production of taxes from the profits of physical persons and possibility of his adaptation in Ukraine; certainly directions of improvement of the system of taxation of profits of physical persons in Ukraine. |
