Training elite athletes provides for regular testing of their functional fitness with the determination of the quantitative level and level of development of its leading structural properties: the power of functional manifestations (aerobic and anaerobic), their stability, mobility, ef iciency and the realization of functional potential for the nature of the respiratory system. Modern means of instrumental support of such surveys allow this to be done with a fairly high degree of accuracy in natural conditions of testing athletes with recording the indicators of the nature of the respiratory system activity (Cosmed K5) in combination with the manifestation of their sports performance (GPS system) when performing a set of test physical activities of various motor directionality. In addition, testing allows you to determine the initial and compensated degree of fatigue, when you can apply modern hardware and manual techniques of physiotherapy for the prevention of injuries, ef ective recovery and, after the onset of a stable homeostatic state, stimulation of ef iciency. This provides a basis for planning for elite athletes of the next stages of preparation or ef ective participation in competitive activities |
