Об'єкт дослідження – процес аналізу економічних показників ефективності функціонування готелів. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних, методичних та практичних аспектів аналізу економічних показників ефективності функціонування готелів на прикладі дизайн-готелю «UNO». У роботі проаналізована готельне господарство України, як важливу складову туристичного комплексу. Виявлено тенденції та перспективи галузі, що впливають на функціонування усіх підприємств готельного господарства. Визначено місце Одеської області на ринку готельних послуг України. Проведено аналіз ефективності економічної діяльності готелю «UNO», розглянуто основні економічні показники ефективності підприємства. За результатами, були запропоновані рекомендації, щодо збільшення спектру додаткових послуг готелю, розраховано економічну ефективність впровадження рекомендацій. The object of research - the process of analyzing economic indicators of hotel functioning efficiency. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the analysis economic indicators of hotel functioning efficiency on the example of the design hotel "UNO". The work analyzes the hotel industry of Ukraine as an important component of the tourist complex. The tendencies and perspectives of the branch that influence the functioning of all enterprises of the hotel industry are revealed. The place of the Odessa region on the market of hotel services of Ukraine is determined. The analysis of efficiency of economic activity of the hotel "UNO" is carried out, the main economic indicators of efficiency of the enterprise are considered. As a result, recommendations that will increase the range of additional hotel services were suggested, economic efficiency of recommendations implementation was calculated. |
