У статті розглядаються типи термінотворення, характерні для кримінальної термінології сучасної перської мови такі як: термінологізація, термінологічна деривація, калькування та запозичення. Визначено провідні типи калькування: калькування термінологічних сполучень, семантичні та словотвірні кальки. Проаналізовано та перекладено 294 терміна та терміносполучень, створено діаграми для унаочнення результатів дослідження. (The article is dedicated to the types of term creation processes represented in the criminal terminology of modern Persian language such as: terminologization, terminological derivation, calques and borrowings. Proceeding from the fact that legal terminology is an important subsystem within the general lexical system, and is in a state of constant updating and improvement, according to the intensification of integration processes over the last few centuries in the framework of the establishment of common legal standards, there is a need to streamline and standardize the legal terminology system. Legal terminology is a new direction in the study of the terminology of the legal language foundation, which develops the general theoretical question of the term, terminology, terminology of law. The topicality of our research is determined by the fact that there were no researches in the field of criminal terminology. The purpose of the study is to determine the theoretical and methodological models of the study of terminology of legal terms. In the course of the study was determined that terminological derivation, calques and borrowing are the leading means of word formation in the criminal terminology of the modern Persian language. Most of the calques were derived from English words and phrases, borrowings are generated from Arabic language and such terms take under grammatical and phonetic adaptation. Borrowings are predominantly nouns. Along with the Arabic terms in the Persian legal terminology, there are actually Persian equivalents.) |
