У статті автор розглядає засоби, що сприяють виконанню системи навчальних комунікативних дій в умовах компетентнісно орієнтованого навчання іноземних мов учнів початкової школи. Висловлено власну точку зору на питання компетентнісного підходу до навчання іншомовного спілкування учнів молодшого шкільного віку, сха¬рактеризовано сутність поняття «компетентна особистість» у сфері навчання іноземних мов. Визначено та прокоментовано теоретико-методичні підходи до побудови та способи впровадження системи вправ і завдань, які забезпечують компетентнісно орієнтоване навчання іноземних мов учнів 1–4 класів. За результатами аналізу тенденцій розвитку сучасної шкільної іншомовної осві¬ти та емпіричних досліджень визначено й обґрунтовано зміст і функції іншомовної ко¬мунікативної як предметної компетентності та її компонентів, на формування яких спря¬мовується зміст навчання іноземних мов у початковій школі. В статье автор рассматривает средства, способствующие выполнению системы учебных коммуникативных действий в условиях компетентностно-ориентированного обучения иностран¬ным языкам учащихся начальной школы. Высказано собственную точку зрения по вопросу компе-тентностного подхода к обучению иноязычного общения учащихся младшего школьного возраста; охарактеризовано сущность понятия «компетентная личность» в сфере обучения иностранным языкам. Определены и охарактеризованы теоретико-методические подходы к построению и спо¬собы внедрения системы упражнений и заданий, которые обеспечивают компетентностно-ориен¬тированное обучение иностранным языкам учащихся 1–4 классов. По результатам анализа тенденций развития современного школьного иноязычного об¬разования и эмпирических исследований определены и обоснованы содержание и функции ино¬язычной коммуникативной как предметной компетентности и ее компонентов, на формирование которых направляется содержание обучения иностранным языкам в начальной школе. The author of this article examines the means, which help to use the system of communicative actions in the conditions of competence-oriented teaching foreign languages to primary school students. The scientist expresses his own point of view on the question of competent approach to teaching foreign language communication, the essence of the concept of “a competent person” in the field of teaching for¬eign languages is characterized. He considers competence-oriented teaching foreign languages of primary school students as their ability according to age characteristics and potential opportunities consciously perform educational actions that ensure the mastery of foreign language communication in oral and written forms within the spheres, themes, situations and linguistic means defined by the current curriculum. The author defines and characterizes theoretical and methodical approaches to the construction and methods of implementing a system of exercises and tasks that provide competence-oriented teaching foreign languages to students of grades 1–4. According to the results of the analysis of trends in the de¬velopment of modern school secondary education and empirical research, the author determined and sub¬stantiated the content and functions of the foreign language communicative competence as a subject one and its components, for the formation of which the content of teaching foreign languages is directed. The educational actions that students must carry out in the process of mastering them are outlined and charac¬terized. The system of exercises and tasks that can provide the realization of educational actions aimed at the formation of the indicated competencies is defined and described. The article substantiates theoretical and methodical approaches to the selection of exercises and tasks that ensure the formation of foreign language competence of primary school students. Types, kinds, forms of realization, quantitative and qualitative composition of exercises and tasks are consistent with the objectives of education, outlined by the current curriculum, correspond to the current trends in the development of school foreign education, adapted to the age-old features and potential of students of junior school age and to the basic ideas of the concept of the “New Ukrainian School”. |
