У статті визначено актуальність проблеми управління освітньою діяльністю як умови досягнення високого рівня якості освіти. Окреслено її теоретичні засади. Розкрито сутність та особливості спеціально розробленої програми навчальної дисципліни як складової планувального етапу процесу управління формуванням готовності майбутніх докторів філософії до розробки освітніх програм для дошкільників в умовах педагогічного закладу вищої освіти. The urgency of the problem of management of educational activity as a condition for achieving a high level of education quality is determined in the article. Its theoretical fundamentals are outlined. The essence and peculiarities of the specially elaborated syllabus program “Formation of Readiness for the Development of Educational Programs for Preschool Children" as part of the stage of the planning process of management of the formation of the defined readiness of future Doctors of Philosophy of preschool education in the conditions of a pedagogical institution of higher education are revealed. The aim, the tasks of the above discipline are characterized, the abilities,which should be formed in the future Doctors of Philosophy as the result of its study, are defined. The essence of the four content modules of the discipline (“Theoretical and methodological principles of development of educational programs for preschool children", “History of elaboration and characterization of educational programs for preschool children”, “Elaboration and characterization of educational programs for preschoolers at the beginning of the XXI millennium”, “Development, approval and implementation of educational programs for preschool children") and the content of the indicated modules are determined. В статье определена актуальность проблемы управления образовательной деятельностью как условия достижения высокого уровня качества образования. Очерчены ее теоретические основы. Раскрыта сущность и особенности специально разработанной программы учебной дисциплины как составляющей этапа планирования процесса управления формированием готовности будущих докторов философии к разработке образовательных программ для дошкольников в условиях педагогического учреждения высшего образования. |
