Актуальність теми дослідження. Соціально-економічна ситуація в Україні актуалізує проблему трудової підготовки підростаючого покоління, відповідно до реалій ринку праці, що вимагає модернізації системи трудового виховання учнів закладів середньої загальної освіти. Постановка проблеми. Трудове виховання набуває особливої значущості для учнів початкових класів. Саме в цей віковий період закладаються основи ціннісного ставлення до праці. Тому актуальним є створення сучасних виховних технологій, спрямованих на забезпечення трудового виховання молодших школярів. Аналіз останніх досліджень і публікацій. Аспекти формування ціннісного ставлення підростаючого покоління до праці розглядали Ю. Бєлов, О. Биковська, Є. Верещак, А. Вихрущ, В. Войтко, Л. Гуцан, Д. Закатнов, Н. Калініченко, Я. Кепша, О. Завданням статті є розгляд аспектів трудового виховання молодших школярів у закладах середньої загальної освіти. Виклад основного матеріалу. У статті зазначається, провідним елементом трудового виховання учнів молодших класів залишається практика залучення їх до практичної діяльності, яку визначає характер освітньої діяльності. Таким чином відбувається інтеграція трудового виховання у зміст усіх предметних галузей. Посилення дієвості трудового виховання напряму залежить від настанови, за якою кожен урок, незалежно від предметної галузі, побудовано відповідно до усвідомленої і спеціально визначеної освітньої мети, не тільки навчальної, а і виховної. Висновки. Потужний потенціал у створенні сприятливих умов для трудового виховання молодших школярів мають заклади загальної середньої освіти. Специфіка забезпечення трудового виховання молодших школярів у закладах загальної середньої освіти вимагає переходу до компетентнісної моделі навчання і виховання. Для забезпечення дієвості формування в учнів ціннісного ставлення до праці, варто здійснювати упорядковування виховних впливів, тобто неодмінно планувати виховну діяльність у означеному напрямі. Urgency of the research. The socio-economic situation in Ukraine actualizes the problem of the labor training of the younger generation, in line with the realities of the labor market, which requires modernization of the system of labor education for students of institutions of secondary education. Target setting. Labor education becomes of special significance for elementary school students. It is in this age that the foundations of value attitude to work are laid. Therefore, it is urgent to create modern educational technologies aimed at ensuring the labor education of junior pupils. Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. Shevchenko, V. Shtuyak and others. The research objective. The purpose of the article is to consider aspects of labor education of junior pupils in institutions of secondary education. The statement of basic materials. The article notes that the main element of the labor education of junior pupils is the practice of involving them in practical activity, which has to direct the nature of educational activity. Thus, the integration of elements of labor education into the content of all subject areas. Strengthening the effectiveness of labor education directly depends on the guideline, according to which each lesson is constructed in accordance with the conscious and specifically defined educational goal, not only the educational, but also the educational one. Conclusions. The institutions of the system of general secondary education have a powerful potential in creating favorable conditions for the labor education of junior pupils. The specifics of the provision of labor education for junior pupils in institutions of general secondary education require the transition to a competent model of education and upbringing. In order to ensure the effectiveness of forming a value attitude towards work in students it is worth organizing educational influences, that is, to necessarily plan educational activities in the specified direction. |
