У роботі узагальнюються проблеми розвитку стратегій покращення конкурентних переваг банку на ринку фінансових послуг України та управління ними, досліджуються фактори що впливають на загальну конкурентоспроможність банку на сучасному ринку фінансових послуг, також пропонуються методи та шляхи покращення управлінських рішень, а саме впровадження нових технологій та інновацій задля здобуття переваг над конкурентами.
The paper summarizes the problems of developing strategies for improving the competitive advantages of the bank in the Ukrainian financial services market and managing them, examining factors that influence the overall competitiveness of the bank in the modern market of financial services, as well as suggesting methods and ways of improving the management decisions, namely the introduction of new technologies and innovations for the sake of gaining advantages over competitors. |
