Автор розглядає соціальну і професійну самореалізацію людини, яка відбувається у процесі соціального навчання. У цьому контексті взаємозумовленість «феноменно радикалізованих конструктів» визначає пріоритети особистості, адже соціальне навчання має забезпечувати втілення професійних і життєвих планів, водночас впливає на самобачення перспектив, на професійну спрямованість і готовність до соціальної мобільності, до зміни професійних ролей людини впродовж життя.
The author considers of social and professional self-realization of a person, which takes place in the process of social education. In this context, the interdependence of constructs radicalized by phenomenings determines the priorities of the individual, since social education must ensure the implementation of professional and life plans, while simultaneously influencing the prospects of self-expression, the professional orientation and readiness for social mobility, and the change in the professional roles of a person throughout his life. |
