Civilization approach is the modern prospect of history and economic researches. The initial system formative constituents of modern civilized paradigm of social development can be the basic ideas of physical economy. This paradigm is more adapted to the modern trends of economic science development. System lines are incident to the paradigm; it is built on the unity of economic, social, biological and cosmic notions. It allows to know the dynamics of historical process more deepli. The symbiosis of achievements of natural and social-economic scientific thought is a physical economy, which occurred and develops as the aggregate of world-view and methodological principals, directed to the opening of natural laws in economic life. A physical economy and its component energy theory interconnectes with the theoretic and methodological principals of the modern conceptions of steady development. Putting in the forefront the problems of humanity advancement of the social energy factor, its supporters consider the social energy as the fundamental civilization movement. The ideas of the physical economy as a component, economic idea has a worldview character. The potential of physical economy needs subsequent realization, its ideas come forward as an important factor, which can have a substantial influence on subsequent development of economic knowledge.
