Здійснено аналіз стану трудових ресурсів Кримської області у сільському господарстві на період її передачі до складу УРСР у 1954 р. Зокрема, на основі документів проведено дослідження стану трудових ресурсів колгоспів Криму, демографічного складу їх населення. Також, особлива увага звертається на соціально-економічні проблеми кримських колгоспів, які існували напередодні передачі до УРСР Кримської області протягом 1950–1953 рр.
The analysis of the state of the labor resources of the Crimea area in the agricultural society in the period of its transformation to the Ukrainian SSR in 1954 was presented in the article. In particular, on the basis of the documents, the research on the state of the labor resources in the collective farms in the Crimea and the demographic composition of the population has been made. What is more, particular attention has been paid to the social-economical problems of the collective farms in the Crimea, which took place at the time of the transformation of the Crimea to Ukrainian SSR in the years of 1950–1953. |
