У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти та методи набору і відбору персонала. Проаналізовано вплив зовнішніх та внутрішніх факторів набору і відбору персонала на підприємстві. Зроблено аналіз техніко-економічних показників ТОВ «СККС», проаналізовано систему набору і відбору персонала цього підприємства. На підставі проведеного аналізу розроблені рекомендації щодо вдосконалення професійного підбору персоналу з урахування досвіду провідних країн світу: розробка заходів набору та відбору персоналу за моделлю компетенції; вдосконалення системи відбору персоналу завдяки впровадженню психологічного тестування та підвищення ефективності підбору персоналу за рахунок автоматизації процесу. The paper considers theoretical aspects and methods of recruitment and selection of personnel. The influence of external and internal factors of recruitment and selection of personnel in the enterprise is analyzed. The analysis of technical and economic indicators "SKKS" is made, the system of recruitment and selection of personnel of this enterprise is analyzed. On the basis of the analysis, recommendations were made to improve the professional recruitment of personnel, taking into account the experience of the world's leading countries: developing measures to recruit and select personnel according to the competence model; improving the system of personnel selection through the introduction of psychological testing and improving the efficiency of staff selection through automation of the process. |
