В роботі виконані розрахунки та запропоновано перелік основного обладнання стану 1700, яке треба модернізувати, щоб отримати можливість виробляти гарячекатані рулони товщиною до 1,2 мм, марки сталі до Х70, та вагою до 32 т, згідно цільових вимог. За допомогою математичної моделі розраховано основні технічні характеристики обладнання після модернізації. Виконано розрахунок найбільш показового сортаменту рулонів розмірами 1,8х1500х10500 мм із сталі марки S355MC в умовах використання модернізованого обладнання. Перелік обмежень існуючого обладнання стану 1700 підтверджений розрахунком технології виробництва рулонів розмірами 2,65х1500 мм зі сталі марки S355MC, відповідно до EN 10149-2, масою 31 т.
In the paper, calculations have been made and the list of the main equipment for 1700 mill has been offered, which should be upgraded in order to be able to produce hot rolled coils of up to 1.2 mm thickness from steel grade up to X70, with weight of up to 32 tons, in accor dance with the target requirements. Using the mathematical model, there has been calculated the main technical characteristi cs of the equipment after the upgrading. The calculation has been performed for the most indicative range of coils with dimensions of 1.8x1500x10500 made of steel grade S355MC assuming utilization of the upgraded equipment. The list of limitations of the existing equipment of 1700 mill has been confirmed by calculation of the technology for producing of 2.65x1500 mm coils of S355MC steel grade, in accordance with EN 10149-2, weight 31 t. The minimal required performances of the updated equipment of mill 1700 has been calculated applying the mathematical model, and also the placement of the equipment has been determined. This ensures the flexibility of the roughing-down technology and the production of coils that meet the target requirements. The advantage of the offered modernization alternative is the possibility to control the thickness of the billet for the finishing group, the possibility to utilize the slabs of thickness of up to 250 mm and of length of up to 10500 mm that ensures the production of coils with weight of up to 32 t and the possibility to apply the technology of thermomechanical rolling that allows the production of the target product-mix. |
