| Description |
Предметом дослідження є умови та фактори, що впливають на ефективність діяльності інститутів спільного інвестування в Україні. Об'єктом дослідження є процеси формування та розвиток вітчизняних інститутів спільного інвестування. Мета дипломної роботи полягає в дослідженні особливостей діяльності інститутів спільного інвестування та визначення перспектив та шляхів їх розвитку у фінансовій інфраструктурі України. Завданнями роботи є: розглянути економічну сутність та роль інститутів спільного інвестування в ринковій економіці; проаналізувати сутність учасників процесу спільного інвестування та фінансові відносин між ними; проаналізувати сучасні тенденції розвитку інститутів спільного інвестування в розвинених країнах та країнах ЄС розглянути інституційну основу та особливості діяльності вітчизняних інститутів спільного інвестування проаналізувати склад та структуру, доходність та ризикованість активів інститутів спільного інвестування розглянути методи оцінки активів інститутів спільного інвестування; визначити стан та перспективи розвитку інститутів спільного інвестування в Україні, а саме: шляхи подолання перешкод, які виникають в процесі здійснення спільного інвестування; доцільність запровадження пруденційного нагляду за діяльністю професійних учасників фондового ринку, зокрема інституційних інвесторів. За результатами дослідження сформульовані теоретико-методологічні основи виникнення ІСІ, проведено аналіз діяльності ІСІ в динаміці, зокрема складу та структури, доходності та ризикованості активів, у порівняльному аспекті, визначено перспективи діяльності цих інституцій із запровадженням пруденційного нагляду за діяльністю професійних учасників ринку цінних паперів з урахуванням міжнародного досвіду. Узагальнення і нове вирішення науково-прикладної задачі, що виявляється в удосконаленні нормативно-правової бази та практичних механізмів управління діяльністю ІСІ, портфелем цінних паперів (ПЦП) ІСІ з урахуванням специфіки фондового ринку України. В роботі обґрунтовано необхідність диференціації методів та фінансових інструментів для ефективного управління портфелем цінних паперів. Одержані результати можуть бути використані в компаніях з управління активами , саморегулівних організаціях, органах державної влади для підвищення ефективності діяльності інститутів спільного інвестування у фінансовій інфраструктурі України та її державного регулювання. The subject of the study is the conditions and factors that influence the efficiency of the activity of institutes of collective investment in Ukraine. The object of research is the processes of formation and development of domestic institutions of joint investment. The purpose of the thesis is to study the peculiarities of the activity of institutes of joint investment and to determine the prospects and ways of their development in the financial infrastructure of Ukraine. The tasks of the work are: To consider the economic essence and role of institutes of joint investment in a market economy; to analyze the essence of participants in the process of joint investment and financial relations between them; analyze current trends in the development of joint investment institutions in developed countries and EU countries to consider the institutional basis and peculiarities of the activity of domestic joint investment institutions analyze the composition and structure, profitability and riskiness of assets of joint investment institutions to consider methods of evaluation of assets of joint investment institutions; to determine the state and prospects of the development of joint investment institutions in Ukraine, namely: ways to overcome the obstacles that arise in the process of joint investment; the expediency of introducing prudential supervision over the activities of professional stock market participants, in particular institutional investors. According to the results of the research, theoretical and methodological foundations of the emergence of the CII are formulated, the analysis of the activity of the CII in the dynamics, in particular, composition and structure, profitability and riskiness of assets, in the comparative aspect, was determined, prospects of the activity of these institutions are determined with the introduction of prudential supervision of the activities of professional securities market participants taking into account international experience. Generalization and a new solution of the scientific and applied problem that manifests itself in improving the legal framework and the practical mechanisms for managing the activity of the CII, the securities portfolio (CPA) of the CII, taking into account the specifics of the stock market in Ukraine. The paper substantiates the need for differentiation of methods and financial instruments for efficient portfolio management of securities. The results obtained can be used in asset management companies, self-regulatory organizations, public authorities to increase the efficiency of joint investment institutions in the financial infrastructure of Ukraine and its state regulation. |
