The suggestions on improving the legal and regulatory mechanism, which should regulate the procedure of the use of a foreign elemental component base in systems (complexes) of anti-aircraft missile weapons, which are not subject to author's supervision, are substantiated, in order to support them in a combat state by the forces of enterprises and institutions of Ukraine without the participation of their developers and manufacturers.
The suggestions on improving the legal and regulatory mechanism, which should regulate the procedure of the use of a foreign elemental component base in systems (complexes) of anti-aircraft missile weapons, which are not subject to author's supervision, are substantiated, in order to support them in a combat state by the forces of enterprises and institutions of Ukraine without the participation of their developers and manufacturers. Обґрунтовуються пропозиції щодо вдосконалення нормативно-правового механізму, що має регламентувати порядок застосування іноземної елементної компонентної бази в системах(комплексах) зенітного ракетного озброєння, за якими не здійснюється авторський нагляд, для підтримки їх в боєготовому стані силами підприємств і установ України без участі їхніх розробників і виробників. |
