У монографії обґрунтовується концептуальне бачення світоглядно-ідеологічного забезпечення формування загальної теорії управління. Доводиться, що на початку ХХІ століття її вирішення є головним завданням філософії і всього комплексу суспільних наук, оскільки від цього залежить стан і темпи становлення організаційної і інформаційної єдності світової спільноти, її цілісність. Подається природа, сутність, зміст когнітивних засад її вирішення та ідеологічне протистояння у сфері управління технічними, біологічними і соціальними системами. Філософія управління розглядається як семантичне поле і головний гносеологічний інструментарій дослідження цієї проблеми, у дискурсі якої формується адекватна рівню проблеми організаційна свідомість і когнітивна культура дослідника. На прикладі сфери соціального управління досліджуються природа, сутність, зміст та форми управління: суб’єктивована і об’єктивована. Відтворюються умови переходу від “суб’єкт-об’єктної” до “суб’єкт-суб’єктної” парадигми управління. Монографія призначена для науковців, викладачів, аспірантів, магістрів, студентів, що займаються дослідженнями філософії управління, теорії управління, соціології управління, психології управління, політології, а також для менеджерів-практиків, усіх, хто цікавиться проблемами системного аналізу управління і розбудови демократичного управління суспільством. The monograph discusses the conceptual approach to the world view and ideological background of the general management theory of technical, biological and social systems. It is shown that in the early 20th century this theory was the principal task of philosophy and the whole range of social sciences, as they predetermine the state and progress of the organization and information unity of the world community and its integrity. The monograph describes the nature, essence and content of the cognitive principles of its studying as well as ideological confrontation in the sphere of technical, biological and social systems management. Philosophy of management is viewed as a semantic field and major epistemological tool for investigating the given problem. The adequate organizational consciousness and cognitive culture of the researcher, who is oriented on the development of the general management theory are formed in the discourse of mentioned problem. The nature, essence, content and forms of management (subjectified and objectified) are studied in terms of social management. The author reproduces the conditions of transition from the subject-object to the subject-subject management paradigm. The investigation algorithms of morphology as well as functioning and development processes of the social management subsystems within the social organism self-regulation system are analyzed. The monograph is recommended to researchers, teachers, postgraduates, masters and students researching the philosophy of management, management theory, sociology of management, psychology of management, political science, as well as to practitioners and to everyone who deals with the problems of system analysis of management and development of the democratic management of society. |
