У данній статті автором розглядається проблема формування ергномічної компетентності майбутніх учителів технологій засобами інтегративного підходу через впровадження у процес підготовки студентів технологічної освіти спеціального курсу ”Ергономіка”, який сприятиме підвищенню рівня професійної підготовки випускників данної спеціальності відповідно до потреб сучасної школи. Автор підкреслює, що ергономічна компетентність розуміється як сформованість наукових ергономічних знань і спеціальних умінь, а також програми відповідних дій на необхідному високому рівні. Названі компетенції представляються автором, як сукупність складових, зміст яких пов’язаний з різноманітними видами діяльності людини.
The article discusses the formation ergonomics competence of future teachers technology tools implemented through integrative approach in the training of students of special technology course ”Ergonomics” which enhances the level of training of graduates of the faculty to meet of the modern school. The author emphasizes that ergonomic competence is understood as formedness scientific ergonomic knowledge and special skills, as well as the response to the program required a high level. The above competencies are presented by the author as a set of components, the content of which is associated with a variety of human activities. In addition, in a study carried out theoretical generalization and a new solution of scientific problems ergonomic training, which is the theoretical justification and experimental verification of pedagogical conditions of formation of ergonomic competence of future teachers of technology in the process of learning the basics of occupational safety and health. Based on the analysis of current research in the field of professional education requirements identified relevant competency training of future teachers of technology. However, the study did not cover all aspects of this multi-faceted problem. Further scientific research is advisable to send a study on the distribution of educational ergonomics future teachers of technology, as well as the introduction of ergonomic component in the practice of the Institute of Postgraduate Education, particularly in the process of teacher training |
