У статті з’ясовано сутність навчального середовища як компонента освітнього середовища професійної підготовки майбутніх вчителів початкової школи та виокремлено моделі його створення. Виявлено основні характеристики навчального середовища, яке відповідає сучасним тенденціям розвитку професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів початкової школи. Обґрунтовано доцільність його проектування за моделлю педагогічного супроводу, в межах якої викладач і студент стають рівноправними суб’єктами, співтворцями навчального процесу, а відносини між ними набувають суб’єкт-суб’єктного характеру. Доведено, що відкритість середовища до інновацій, насиченість навчальними ресурсами, практико-орієнтованість та акмеологічність навчального середовища, спрямованість на підвищення ефективності самостійної роботи студентів є основними характеристиками, що визначають ефективність професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів початкової школи.
The article revealed the essence of the learning environment as a component of the educational environment of professional training of the primary school teachers and singled out a model of its creation. The basic characteristics of the learning environment that meets the contemporary trends in professional training of the primary school teachers were founded. The expediency of its design the model of pedagogical support, within which teacher and student are equal subjects, co-authors of the learning process, and the relations between them become subject-centered nature was grounded. It is proved that creating a model of the learning environment based on pedagogical support: firstly, involves teacher participation in the individual development of students by tracking his academic achievements, allowing students to have fun and most realize further educational prospects and plans; secondly, aimed at enabling the identification and development of individual students, all its essential areas in the educational activity, with the teacher and the student enter into a special relationship, the result of which is a separate entity adopting educational activity for optimal solutions associated the successful solving educational problems appropriate to the abilities, skills and interests. The pedagogical support program that includes consistent implementation designed steps being taken at the local level learning environment: diagnostic, searching, managing and synthesis stages was defined. Their nature and characteristics were presented. It is proved that opening of the environment for innovation, saturation educational resources, practice-oriented and acmeology of the learning environment, focus on improving the efficiency of self-study students are also the key characteristics that determine the effectiveness of professional training of the primary school teachers. |
