У статті розглядається проблема педагогічної корекції моральної поведінки майбутніх фахівців. Проблема підготовки підростаючого покоління до участі в розбудові суспільного життя є актуальною і пов’язана з необхідністю розв’язання важливих наукових і практичних завдань сучасної педагогічної науки. Автором розроблена власна методика педагогічного впливу, чітко передбачені та поступово вдосконалені конкретні завдання дослідження у формуванні пріоритетних позитивних рис особистості юнаків та дівчат та вироблені критерії їх оцінки викладачами фізичного виховання в системі сучасної професійної освіти. Постає нагальна потреба створення системи моральної поведінки студентської молоді у вищих навчальних закладах, яка б працювала на засадах формування національної гідності, почуття поваги до викладацького складу, прихильності до розбудови національної державності, усвідомлення важливості спрямування особистих дій, вчинків, відповідно до національних інтересів.
In this article the problem of pedagogical correction of future specialists` moral behavior is discussed. The problem of growing up generation’s preparation to participation in development of social life is actual and connected with necessity of solving important scientific and practical tasks of modern pedagogical science. The author has elaborated his own methodology of pedagogical influence, accurately foreseen and gradually improved concrete tasks of investigation in prioritized positive traits of young girls and boys formation and worked out measures of their estimation by physical training teachers in modern professional education system. There is a strong need in creation of student youth moral behavior in higher education establishments system, which would work in terms of national dignity formation, respectful attitude towards lecturing staff, devotion to national identity development, realizing of importance of individual actions, behavior, accordingly to national interests, direction. Student youth upbringing during physical training lessons and going in for sports is difficult pedagogical process, in which appear unpredictable situations, that need immediate solutions. The effect of educational influence will be significantly higher, if during lesson teacher uses all methods of moral behavior upbringing – moral education, moral experience and moral stimulation as a whole, which must be based not only on theoretical foundation, but on pedagogue’s individual example. Upbringing of moral behavior in educational process is contradictory procedure, when not only active organism development is taking place, but psychological traits of individuality, own points of view, conviction, consciousness. So, real student youth behavior (actions, words, emotions), power of collective influence on every student’s individuality and characteristics of pedagogical educational influences – there are three basic factors, which, in our opinion, accurately reflect upbringing effectiveness of pedagogical work, directed on youth moral behavior formation. Resting on these factors, the pedagogue can estimate his achievements in moral upbringing of youth in any moment, and if he will make this self-evaluation permanently, he will be always provided with knowledge about quality of the own work. It is necessary just to overcome psychological barrier of underestimation of investigation work, which is irreplaceable part of pedagogical daily life. |
