Розглянуто актуальне питання щодо пошкоджень менісків колінного суглоба у спортсменів. Охарактеризовані найбільш часті травматичні ушкодження колінного суглобу, механізми пошкодження меніску, можливі функціональні порушення у спортсменів після артроскопічної меніскектоміі в ранньому реабілітаційному періоді. Наведено основні підходи до призначення засобів лікувальної фізичної культури у процесі фізичної реабілітації спортсменів з пошкодженнями менісків після часткової артроскопічної меніскектомії за трьома періодами перебігу хвороби. Надані методи оцінки ефективності фізичної реабілітації за допомогою рухових тестів. Рассмотрен актуальный вопрос повреждений менисков коленного сустава у спортсменов. Охарактеризованы самые частые травматические повреждения коленного сустава, механизмы повреждения мениска, возможные функциональные нарушения у спортсменов после артроскопической менискэктомии в раннем реабилитационном периоде. Приведены основные подходы к назначению средств лечебной физической культуры в процессе физической реабилитации спортсменов с повреждениями менисков после частичной артроскопической менискектомии по трем периодам течения болезни. Представлены методы оценки эффективности физической реабилитации с помощью двигательных тестов. The current issues regarding the increased incidence of diseases of the musculoskeletal system in athletes, among which a special place is occupied by injuries and diseases of the knee joint. This paper described the most common traumatic injuries of the knee joint, including first place is occupied meniscus damage. Expand meniscus damage mechanisms that occur during the performance of physical exercises in certain sports. We characterize the possible severe functional disorders in the body injured athletes as a result of prolonged akinesia after arthroscopic meniskektomii early rehabilitation period, which often lead to disability. Theoretical analysis of modern methods of treatment and follow-up of complex rehabilitation of victims for speedy restoration of the anatomical structures of the knee joint, improving the functionality of the organism and sports activities. Restoration of disturbed function of the knee joint should be integrated with the use of medication, surgery and physical rehabilitation. The main modern method of treatment of meniscal damage − random using minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery methods that allow to start in early comprehensive rehabilitation. The basic approach to the appointment of medical physical training in the physical rehabilitation of athletes with injuries after partial arthroscopic meniscal meniskektomiyi held in the hospital and pislyalikarnyanomu stages and are intended for the three periods of the disease: early postoperative period; late postoperative period; restoration and coaching period. Provided for each period of therapeutic physical training objectives, means and forms of learning physiotherapist, reveal features methods of medical gymnastics in the room, exercise room, independent study, aimed at returning athletes as soon as possible to the complete occupation. During the whole postoperative period is recommended to conduct classes in the pool. Available methods for evaluating the effectiveness of physical rehabilitation, clinical and functional recovery of knee joint using motor tests. |
