У статті проаналізовані наукові уявлення про специфіку змісту спортивно-педагогічної діяльності. Проведений аналіз спортивно-педагогічної діяльності тренера показав, що вона пов'язана з постійною необхідністю вирішувати завдання різної складності педагогічного характеру, експериментувати; вимагає гнучкості і самостійності в прийнятті рішень; постійного пошуку нових методів роботи; постійної активізації творчих здібностей та креативності заради досягнення певних цілей. Встановлено, що успішна тренерська діяльність залежить від наявності постійного професійного самовдосконалення особистості тренера, отримання нового досвіду і знань, розвитку здатності бачити перспективу розвитку спортсменів, оскільки ці елементи професійного розвитку впливають на результат всієї педагогічної діяльності тренера. Досліджено, що на результати діяльності тренера також багато в чому впливає його здатність прогнозувати, корегувати і контролювати поведінку спортсменів в процесі досягнення мети. The paper analyzed the scientific understanding of the specific content of sports and educational activities. For a comprehensive examination of the problem characteristics of the athletic trainers must, first of all, analyze the scientific understanding of the specific content of sports and educational activities. This experiment; requires flexibility and autonomy in decision making; constant search for new ways of working; permanent activation of creative skills and creativity to achieve certain goals. Established that successful coaching is dependent on the availability of continuing professional self-identity coach, get new experience and knowledge, developing the ability to see the future development of athletes, because these elements of professional development influence the outcome of the coach educational activities. Studied that the performance of the coach is also largely influenced by its ability to predict and control the correct behavior of athletes in achieving goal. Common job athlete and coach affects the psycho-emotional state of an athlete, which in turn is an important factor for success in the sports career. An important function of a coach to support an athlete interest in lessons, through constant teamwork, attracting athletes to the creative process of planning and implementing the training process. Qualities such as integrity, objectivity, occupy a key position in the regulation of behavior coach in the interaction with athletes. At the same time, they reflect the general attitude of the coach in the organization of sports activities. Role of the coach is a major in the organization of sports activities, where the main component is student-focused and education trainer. Understanding trainer socio-psychological foundations of relationships causes and ways to prevent conflict situations increases the efficiency of the entire sports group. Last research activities trainer features show that the higher the qualification of a coach, the more adequate his self-esteem, while both trainers lower qualifications are prone to inflated self-activity. Coach their teachers but the most important internal motives of professional activity are prone to adequately assess their professional abilities, as a result they achieve more in their work |
