Розглянуто проблему професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів фізичної культури до застосування технологій оздоровчого фітнесу. Наведено аналіз публікацій вчених про різновиди змісту підготовки майбутніх вчителів фізичної культури. На основі аналізу літературних джерел з’ясовані деякі особливості професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів фізичної культури. Подано розподіл теоретичного та практичного матеріалу на прикладі навчальної дисципліни «Теорія та методика оздоровчого фітнесу». Доведено актуальність і доцільність обраної проблеми дослідження.
Рассмотрена проблема профессиональной подготовки будущих учителей физической культуры к применению технологий оздоровительного фитнеса. Приведен анализ публикаций ученых о разновидностях содержания подготовки будущих учителей физической культуры. На основе анализа литературных источников выяснены некоторые особенности профессиональной подготовки будущих учителей физической культуры. Подано распределение теоретического и практического материала на примере учебной дисциплины «Теория и методика оздоровительного фитнеса». Доказана актуальность и целесообразность выбранной проблемы исследования. The article deals with the problem of the professional training for the intended teachers of physical education to the applying of technologies of recreational fitness; this problem does not addressed enough in the educational process of higher educational institutions. The students do not master fitness technologies in the amount and at the level, which are demanded by the modern educational practice. The article contains the analysis of researchers’ publications about the kinds of training’s content for the intended teachers of physical education. Some features of the professional training for the intended teachers of physical education were disclosed on the ground of the literature sources’ analysis. The classification of theoretical and practical material was given through the example of «The theory and methodology of the recreational fitness» discipline. The discipline’s tasks are: insight into the course and creation of students’ idea about the kinds of dimensions and modern styles of the recreational fitness (basic aerobics, dance aerobics, stretching and callanetics, fitball, step aerobics, pilates, yoga); offering to the intended teachers of physical education the necessary knowledge about the structure of the recreational fitness classes; mastering of necessary skills in the sphere of holding of the recreational fitness’ classes; formation of technique of the basic steps performance and their kinds in the recreational fitness. This discipline is aimed at the mastering by students the foundations of theoretical, methodological knowledge and practical skill of the recreational fitness, at the providing of level increase of the pedagogical competence of students; active implementation of innovational tools and methods in the holding of the recreational fitness classes by the intended teachers of physical education and the discipline is playing the backbone part in the process of the students’ specific training, it is the connecting link between the theoretical mastering of knowledge during the first years of education and its practical implementation in the actual environment of modern school and it is extending the students’ idea about the kinds of the recreational fitness classes. The importance and usefulness of the chosen research problem is proved. |
