Дисертація на здобуття наукового ступеня кандидата педагогічних наук зі спеціальності 13.00.04 – теорія і методика професійної освіти. – Національний педагогічний університет імені М.П. Драгоманова, Київ, 2016. У дисертації здійснено теоретичне, методологічне та організаційно- методичне дослідження проблеми професійної самореалізації майбутнього вчителя музики на акмеологічних засадах. На основі аналізу теоретичних передумов досліджуваної проблеми узагальнено наукові підходи вітчизняних та зарубіжних авторів щодо тлумачення феномена «самореалізація», розширено, конкретизовано понятійно-категорійний апарат, визначено компонентну структуру, акмечинники та механізми професійної самореалізації майбутнього учителя музики. З позицій надбань акмеологічної та психолого- педагогічної наук, особистісного професійного досвіду обґрунтовано організаційно-педагогічні умови, критерії, показники та спроектовано структурно-функціональну модель готовності майбутніх учителів музики до професійної самореалізації. Висвітлено змістово-процесуальні аспекти експериментального дослідження, представлено кількісні та якісні результати впровадження структурно-функціональної моделі в навчально-виховний процес підготовки майбутніх музикантів-педагогів. Thesis for candidate’s degree in Education Sciences on specialty 13.00.04 – Theory and Methods of Professional Education. – National pedagogical university named after M.P. Dragomanov, Kyiv, 2016. In the thesis the theoretical, methodological and organizational-methodological research of the problem of future Music teachers’ professional self-realization on acmeological principles. Based on the analysis of theoretical assumptions of the investigated problem, it summarizes the scientific approaches of domestic and foreign authors concerning interpretation of the phenomenon of "self-realization," it expands and concretizes the conceptual and categorical apparatus, it defines the component structure and the acme factor and mechanisms of professional selfrealization of the future teacher of music. From the standpoint of heritage of the acmeological and psycho-pedagogical sciences, and of the personal teaching experience it grounds organizational and pedagogical conditions, which enable positive dynamics for training future teachers of music, for their professional selfrealization, including: acmeological-humanistic software that provides with educational and practical content along with a system of vocational tasks and problematic situations; stimulation for the creative, personal and professional selfimprovement of the future professionals, with tools that integrate the content of professional disciplines; software that provides with reflective-evaluative experiences. The separation of these organizational and pedagogical conditions is determined by the features of humanization of modern higher musical educational school, along with the nature and content of training future teachers of music. The criteria of formation of preparation for professional self-determined future teacher of music is determined by: personal and incentive, practical and meaningful evaluative-productive. It is proved that the impact of the process under study, shows up in four levels of characteristics of preparation of the future teacher of music for professional selfrealization (creative modeling, structural and amateur, formal and declarative role). The substantial formation of future music teachers for professional selfrealization was provided based on the following principles: acmeological orientation process, programmed transfer and assimilation experience of musical and educational activities, innovation and advanced teaching, activation of subjective positions of the future teacher of music in the mastering musical the contents of music and teacher education. It deals with the content-procedural aspects of the experimental investigation, it presents the quantitative and qualitative results of the implementation of the structural-functional model in the educational process for the training of future teachers of music. Overall analysis of the results of forming experiment suggests that the creation of an effective system of organizational and methodical foundations (special course «Acmeology of musical pedagogical creativity», technology of the organization of the vocal creative studies «Impulse», implementing acmeological e-portfolios «Skills for Professional acme», problematic-professional situations, interactive teaching methods, Training Technologies) optimizes the development of acmeological orientation, teaching assertiveness and coping behavior of future teachers of music. В диссертации рассматриваются теоретические, методологические и организационно-методические исследования проблемы профессиональной самореализации будущего учителя музыки на акмеологических принципах. На основе анализа теоретических предпосылок исследуемой проблемы обобщены научные подходы отечественных и зарубежных авторов относительно толкования феномена «самореализация», расширен, конкретизирован понятийно-категориальний аппарат, определена компонентная структура, акмефакторы и механизмы профессиональной самореализации будущего учителя музыки. Из позиций приобретений акмеологической и психолого- педагогической наук, собственного педагогического опыта обосновано организационно-педагогические условия, критерии, показатели и спроектировано структурно-функциональную модель готовности будущих учителей музыки к профессиональной самореализации. Отражены содержательно-процессуальные аспекты экспериментального исследования, представлены количественные и качественные результаты внедрения структурно-функциональной модели в учебно-воспитательный процесс подготовки будущих музыкантов-педагогов. |
