У даній статті розглядаються особливості професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців фізичної культури в процесі проведення занять із спортивних ігор.
В данной статье рассматриваются особенности профессиональной подготовки будущих специалистов физической культуры в процессе проведения занятий по спортивным играм. This article discusses the features of professional training of future specialists of physical culture in the process of training for sports games. Perfection of preparing of future teacher as a basic modernization’s of process of higher athletic education, consists in a transition from traditional (knowledge – informational) to the innovation (self-oriented) system of education; strengthening of culture oriented preparing of future teachers; to renewal maintenance of education by the change of betweenness by knowledge and activity; reorientation of aim and criteria of quality of pedagogical activity in direction of development of professional competence and by teaching totality of educational competenses. The main directions of modernization of process of preparing specialists on a physical culture are: correction of structure of maintenance of studies; forming of teacher’s and student’s readiness of realization of modern conceptions and strategic having a special purpose of studies; introduction of technology approach of organization and building of educating process; development of the professional meaningful special capabilities of students on basic of development them cognize reasons. The basic of aim of reason modernization of process of preparing specialists on a physical culture there is quality new level of their preparedness. Effective realization of this setting is provided complex step of transformation of education process, organization of it at the level of pedagogical technology guarantees the achievement of plane result. The successful decision of problem of modernization of higher athletic education is impossible without complex researches in such science spheres, as pedagogics, аkmeology, psychology and sociology. E.L. Mozhaev marks that on the modern stage of reformation of the system of education is necessity of building model of activity of teacher of physical culture, without what is difficult to define maintenance of study process and predict their results in higher establishments of education. An important value in the perfection systems of prepaid specialists on higher athletic education has development of new approaches of maintenance and organizations of study process, that provide for and stimulate increasing activity of students at acquisition of professional of meaningful knowledge, abilities, skills. |
