У статті окреслені проблеми у системі професійної освіти і навчання в Україні та шляхи їх вирішення. На основі Закону України «Про вищу освіту» та Класифікатора професій дано визначення освітнього ступеня «магістр» та тлумачення поняття «кваліфікація», відповідно до чого запропоновано кваліфікаційний конструкт магістра з професійної освіти. Основними складниками кваліфікації, яку пропонується визначати у дипломі про професійну підготовку, є педагогічна кваліфікація; кваліфікація, яка відповідає діяльності професіонала з підготовки та розвитку персоналу на виробництві та в бізнесі, і безпосередньо професійна кваліфікація відповідно до спеціалізації спеціальності 015 Професійна освіта. The article outlined problems in the system of vocational education and training in Ukraine, solution of which is possible by improving the legislation in the field of education; ensure a close relationship of educational services market and labor market; the formation of effective financial and economic mechanisms to ensure the vocational education and training; the use of international experience and creation of unified information space; to achieve high quality and efficiency of training, to ensure the professionalism of pedagogical staff. On the basis of the law of Ukraine "On higher education" and the classification of professions, the definition of the educational degree "master" and the interpretation of the concept "qualification" is given; the qualification, which relates to the activity professional preparation and staff development in the workplace and in business and professional qualifications directly within the specialization specialty 015 Professional education. |
