Дисертація окреслює та інтерпретує сенс буття української жінки в поетичній, літературно-критичній та публіцистичній творчості О. Теліги. Уперше в українському літературознавстві було в ключових аспектах проінтерпретовано спадщину О. Теліги як певну смислову цілісність крізь загальну призму проблеми буття української жінки. Авторкою було запропоновано комплексний герменевтичний підхід для тлумачення художньої, літературно-критичної та публіцистичної творчості письменниці-націоналістки як націоцентричної смислової системи, верифіковано та експліковано трактування О. Телігою сенсу жіночого буття в межах основних (патріотичному, політичному, інтимному) та другорядних (суспільно- родинному, художньому, релігійному) для її мислення аспектах. Визначено загальні теоретико-методологічні та історіографічні аспекти тлумачення сутності жінки у творчості О. Теліги; з’ясовано можливість герменевтичного трактування сенсу жіночої екзистенції; виявлено парадигму тлумачень жіночого існування у світовому, національному та власне вісниківському контекстах; осмислено тлумачення сенсу жіночого буття в спадщині О. Теліги в основних значеннєвих аспектах: патріотичному, політичному, інтимному; здійснено аналіз текстуально менше виражених смислових аспектів призначення української жінки (суспільно-родинного, художнього, релігійного) у творчості письменниці. Диссертация определяет и интерпретирует смысл бытия украинской женщины в поэтическом, литературно-критическом и публицистическом творчестве Е. Телиги. Впервые в украинском литературоведении было в ключевых аспектах проинтерпретировано творчество Е. Телиги как некую смысловую целостность через общую призму проблемы бытия украинской женщины. Впервые было предложено комплексный герменевтический подход для толкования художественного, литературно-критического и публицистического творчества писательницы-националистки как нациоцентрической смысловой системы. Были также верифицированы и эксплицированы трактовки Е. Телиги смысла женского бытия в пределах основных (патриотическом, политическом, интимном) и второстепенных (общественно-родственном, художественном, религиозном) для ее мышления аспектах. Определены общие теоретико-методологические и историографические аспекты толкования сущности женщины в творчестве Е. Телиги; выяснено возможность герменевтической трактовки смысла женской экзистенции; выявлено парадигму толкований женского существования в мировом, национальном и собственно весниковском контекстах; осмысленно толкование смысла женского бытия в творчестве Е. Телиги в основных смысловых аспектах: патриотическом, политическом, интимном; осуществлен анализ текстуально меньше выраженных смысловых аспектов назначения украинской женщины (общественно-семейного, художественного, религиозного) в творчестве писательницы. The woman's mission in O. Teliha's creative works should be methodologically considered within three closely related concepts: the sense (the meaning, the truth), the intention (the direction, the purpose) and the value (the worth) of women being, which exist at the level of depth, evident and covert meanings in artistic, literary- critical and publicistic creative works of the writer. Thus, belles-lettres texts are considered as the environment of meaning, and the meaning (the sense) itself is considered as the deep meaning of the work (the creation). The woman's mission (the sense) is interpreted in this research as the intention, the truth and the aim of women being (existence). In the interpretation of Ukrainian woman's being in O. Teliha's works one can find three fundamental (patriotic, political, intimate) and three contractor (social, family, art, religious) significative ideas through the correlation of the Motherland (the nation), freedom, man's being, family, art and God. According to O. Teliha's interpretation, patriotism is the first and the basic significative idea in a woman's life. O. Teliha shows defective type of the existence of indifferent to the fate of Motherland individuals and also consolidates Motherland and nation existential rooting. Patriotic sense is concretized in O. Teliha's works in the following way: a woman should be a patriot, should feel and cultivate deep existential relationship with her motherland and nation in her family and society. The presence of personal woman's freedom for O. Teliha depends on national freedom through the participation in cultural and political struggle of the nation in the spirit of the ideals of volitional nationalism of interwar period. O. Teliha leads the reader to clear understanding of her own feminine ideal, the ideal in which are harmonized three important types of love for her: passion (eros), family and patriotic love (storge) and love-friendship (filia), which appear in the fight for the freedom of the Motherland. The writer suggests her own understanding of the ideal of Ukrainian woman, a woman who lives by not only the interests of the family, but also the interests of the nation and thus takes a proactive stance. This is a heroic, Cossack, knightly, romantic type of a woman-nationalist, in which this specific femininity is combined with courage. A woman should be active, conscious, feminine, should be «excellent, but equally valuable and loyal ally of a man in the struggle for life, and mostly in the struggle for the nation.» Family sense also takes quite important place in O. Teliha's interpretation of woman's being. The true wife is always ready for all life's problems, adventures, joys and troubles, everyday life routine but only together with her husband. The higher sense of family life for a woman, a wife is to be ready to the joint participation of a man in the dangerous but joyful national liberation rank. It is obvious here that family love-storge is subjected to patriotic love-storge (love to the Motherland). The real mission of Ukrainian woman is defined by specific conditions of Ukrainian life, and therefore it must synthesize patriotic and family dimensions: to be an assistant to a man in the nation creation work and at the same time to be the mistress in a man's life. In critical writings and literary-publicistic essays O. Teliha expresses the aesthetic and literary ideas, common to all artists. O. Teliha clearly formulates the basic principles of the new meaning of art, which can be summarized as follows: 1) the search of basic principles of Ukrainian spirituality and creating for them a single form; 2) the search for values which will unite the nation; 3) the preservation of the basic principles of national feelings; 4) the preservation and development of love for the nation, to the past, to the people, as well as the cultivation of hatred to the enemy; 5) the development of national spirituality and the expression of respect for the heroes of the nation; 6) the development of Ukrainian nation. Thus one of the key requirements for the artists became the combination of high ideology of aesthetic, formative skills. The religious sense of woman's being in O. Teliha's poetry is clearly Christian and is expressed in taking God's gifts and even punches, in considering the determined by God life's path, in stoically outliving of different life misfortunes, in being grateful to the Creator for his gifts, the greatest of which is the gift of love and the opportunity to die in the struggle for liberation of the Motherland. |
