Автор визначає мету освіти майбутнього педагога як його готовність до успішної професійно-творчої самореалізації у різних видах і ситуаціях практичної діяльності. Розроблена для цього система евристичної освіти підтримується потужними фасилітаційними і процесуальними чинниками: вільним вибором власної освітньої траєкторії та значимих освітніх продуктів, збільшеними обсягами пізнавально-творчої роботи, постійною діалоговою взаємодією та спільними дослідницькими студіями з науковцями і вчителями. Модернізація евристичної підготовки вчителя-професіонала має враховувати кращі європейські і американські зразки педагогічної освіти. Автор определяет цель образования будущего педагога как его готовность к успешной профессионально- творческой самореализации в разных видах и ситуациях практической деятельности. Разработанная для этой цели система эвристического образования поддерживается действенными фасилитационными и процессуальными факторами: свободным выбором образовательной траектории и значимых образовательных продуктов, увеличением объема познавательно-творческой работы, постоянным диалоговым взаимодействием и совместными исследовательскими работами с учеными и учителями. Модернизация эвристической подготовки учителя-профессионала должна учитывать лучшие европейские и американские образцы педагогического образования. The author defines the purpose of the education of the future teacher of the modern national school as his willingness (sufficient motivation and well-developed ability) to successful professionally-creative self-fulfillment in various types and situations of practical training and education. Ideas of the educational process as mainly heuristic (search-research, design, constructive, creative) activity of conscious and independent subjects of education are put on the basis of established and embedded authoring system for training future teachers to professional creative self-realization. Training is supported by powerful motivational and procedural factors such as: the free choice of their own educational trajectory, the specific goal and tasks of the independent activity to create a meaningful product for the subject of the educational process; increase in the volume and options of individual cognitive creative work; ongoing support of every student through humanistic dialogue interaction, collaborative research studies with teachers, colleagues, teachers at schools; arming subjects of learning affordable diagnostic tools for continuous and objective measurement, evaluation, and improvement of the achieved results. Students are included in scientific and pedagogical activity of the innovation quality of teachers and teachers at school and become direct participants in the creation of new technologies for education and training. It is proved that teachers are extremely interested in productive cooperation because they virtually made sure that constructive work with teaching youth, avid discussion with them offer both young and the masters the new inspiration, new force in the creation and implementation of innovative educational ideas and technologies. Heuristic preparation of future teacher as a master, a creator, a researcher to a successful creative self-realization requires substantial restructuring of the national university teacher education, in particular, its organizing according European and American universities with their priorities for joint research studies teachers and students, the development of better domestic and foreign experience, continuous professional and research students from recognized artists, creative development and use of innovative educational technologies. |
