У статті обґрунтовано модель підготовки майбутніх інженерів-педагогів до реалізації особистісно орієнтованого навчання в професійно-технічних закладах освіти. На основі здійсненого аналізу виявлено фактори, які впливають на означену підготовку, що стало основою для розробки теоретичної моделі. Визначено компоненти, критерії, показники та рівні обґрунтованої підготовки. Доведено, що підготовка майбутнього інженера-педагога до особистісно орієнтованого навчання має бути спрямована на розвиток його готовності до цього виду діяльності. Встановлено, що розроблена модель відображає динаміку процесу розвитку готовності майбутнього інженера-педагога до особистісно орієнтованого навчання. В статье обоснована модель подготовки будущих инженеров-педагогов к личностно ориентированному обучению в профессионально-технических учебных заведениях. Основываясь на проведѐнном анализе были выявлены факторы, которые влияют на исследуемую подготовку, что стало основой для разработки теоретической модели. Определены компоненты, критерии, показатели и уровни обоснованной подготовки. Доказано, что подготовка будущего инженера-педагога к личностно ориентированному обучению должна быть направлена на развитие его готовности к этому виду деятельности. Установлено, что разработанная модель отражает динамику процесса развития готовности будущего инженера-педагога к личностно ориентированному обучению. In the article the model of preparation of the future engineers-teachers for a personal oriented education is justified. Based on the analysis of the training of future engineer-teachers factors that affect their preparation are identified. We have assumed that the inclusion of these factors will provide the training of the future engineers-teachers for a personal oriented education. This theory became the basis for the subsequent development of a model of training. In the process theoretical development of the model of preparation of the future engineers-teachers for a personal oriented education we took into account the fact that it is part of the professional and vocational training. This training we consider as a process formation of motivation of the future engineers-teachers to a personal oriented education. A components, criteria, indicators and levels of preparation of the future engineers-teachers for a personal oriented education are defined. Structural components of the model were the following organizational and pedagogical conditions: - the formation directionality of the future engineers-teacher on the personal oriented education in vocational and technical schools; - the organization of subject-subject interaction in the process of preparing of the future engineers-teachers; - the orientation of preparation for personal and professional self-development. Each of the organizational and pedagogical conditions of preparation of the future engineers-teachers for a personal oriented education we think it right to sell such stages: contents and motivational, operational and activity, integration and creative. For each organizational and pedagogical conditions during the implementation of its stages the intention, resources, predictable results are formulated. The theoretical model of preparation reveals the dynamics of the process of development of readiness of the future engineers-teachers for a personal oriented education. This model represents features content and structure of process of preparation of the future engineers-teachers. Our model justifies communication between the components of this process. The preparation of the future engineers-teachers for a personal oriented education should be directed to developing readiness of the future engineers-teachers for a personal oriented education. The ways for future research such us development and implementation of methods and technologies of personal oriented education of future engineers were outlined. |
