У статті розглядається проблема взаємозв’язку емпатійних якостей вчителя з розвитком інтелектуально- креативних здібностей учнів. Розглядається взаємозв’язок інтелектуальної та креативної сфери, визначається необхідність їх поєднання у інтегровану систему. Висвітлюється питання необхідності включення вчителя до емоційної сфери та визначення ним атмосфери у рамках класного колективу для керування навчально-виховним процесом. Також розглядаються питання сили прояву емпатії та відмічається вплив цієї якості вчителя на його професійну діяльність взагалі. В статье рассматривается проблема взаимосвязи эмпатических качеств учителя с развитием интеллектуально-креативных способностей учеников. Рассматривается связь интеллектуальной и креативной сферы, определяется необходимость объединения их в интегрированную систему. Освещается вопрос необходимости вовлечения учителя в эмоциональную сферу и определение ним атмосферы в рамках классного коллектива для управления учебно-воспитательным процессом. Также рассматривается вопрос силы проявления эмпатии и отмечается воздействие этого качества учителя на всю его профессиональную деятельность. The article focuses on providing of connection between teachers’ empathy and develop intellectually-creative abilities of pupils. In this article define the concept of empathy and considered different approaches concerning the possibility of empathy evolve. This article considered questions of teachers’ influence for emotional atmosphere of the pupils’ school group. Determine the need for understanding emotional condition of another person in the teachers’ work, especially in the develop intellectually-creative abilities of pupils. The author speaks of very strong importance to consider the interests of all pupils in the school group and education process. This leads to question of democratic school and the role of the teacher in the new age of education. In the article expressed doubt about the high level of empathy abilities. Author says the risk of strong emotional involvement. That risk is inappropriate in the teachers’ work, because teacher must work with all of pupils and control they emotional sphere. In this way teachers’ empathy has the high necessary value for education process. Not least, because the emotional sphere and positive condition of pupils bond with others sphere. And that include the intellectually-creative abilities. Author says about high influence of teachers’ empathy for this process. But, the author also says abut ―too much‖ level of empathy abilities. When teacher show that level — the emotional involvement with single pupils disturb the education process and that is not desirable result what we want. Author of this article says about the teachers’ influence for emotional atmosphere of the pupils’ school group and focuses of the problems with correlation and connection this process with intellectually-creative abilities of pupils in the modern age of education system in the Ukraine. Findings of this article consist in the perspective for future researches in the right direction for develop intellectually-creative abilities of pupils. |
