Розглянуто іпотерапію, як ефективний засіб фізичної реабілітації дітей молодшого шкільного віку з церебральним паралічем. Визначено, що комплексне поєднання методів фізичної реабілітації у відновному лікуванні дітей з церебральним паралічем дає набагато вищі результати, ніж використання окремих методів реабілітації. Проте на сьогодні не знайдено оптимальної комбінації методів фізичної реабілітації для дітей з церебральним паралічем. Встановлено, що використання іпотерапії в комплексі реабілітаційних заходів значно підвищує їх ефективність, оскільки залучає до роботи максимально можливу кількість м’язів та оптимізує всі досліджувані психофізичні показники.
Рассмотрено ипотерапию, как эффективное средство физической реабилитации детей младшего школьного возраста с церебральным параличем. Определено, что комплексное сочетание методов физической реабилитации в восстановительном лечении детей с церебральным параличем даёт гораздо более высокие результаты, чем использование отдельных методов реабилитации. Однако на сегодняшний день не найдено оптимальной комбинации методов физической реабилитации для детей с церебральным параличем. Установлено, что использование ипотерапии в комплексе реабилитационных мероприятий значительно повышает их эффективность, поскольку привлекает к работе максимально возможное количество мышц и оптимизирует все исследуемые психофизические показатели. Ipotherapy considered as an effective means of physical rehabilitation of primary school age children with cerebral palsy. Determined that the complex combination of physical rehabilitation methods in rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy gives much better results than the use of certain methods of rehabilitation. Today, however, found the optimal combination of methods of physical rehabilitation for children with cerebral palsy. Found that the use ipotherapii in complex rehabilitation greatly improves their effectiveness because attracts and retains the maximum possible number of muscles and optimizes all investigated psychophysical performance. Application author rehabilitation program allowed to form some new movement patterns, enabling the patients to perform new motor actions and was reflected in the assessment of motor function. There was a significant improvement internally between muscle and muscle coordination, and decrease of muscle spasticity that under mobility has increased the joint. All these changes possible to increase the number of actions with self-possessed children, which is also reflected in the evaluation of basic motor functions. Most children with the main group were able to sit without aids, the number of children who learned how to control the horse and standing. The complex combination of physical rehabilitation methods in restorative treatment of children with cerebral palsy gives much higher results than the use of certain methods of rehabilitation. But now found the optimal combination of physical rehabilitation methods for children with cerebral palsy. One of the major components of complex rehabilitation of patients with cerebral palsy are horseback riding, horseback riding or treatment. The benefit of this method of physical rehabilitation in conjunction with other measures has been repeatedly proven foreign scholars and practitioners. Ipotherapy can significantly improve not only physical and psychological status alleys patients. |
