У статті приводяться результати експериментально-педагогiчних досліджень з впливу фізичних навантажень на стан рухової сфери дітей з порушеннями слуху. Аналіз праць фахівців цієї галузі показав, що раціональне використання різноманітних засобів та методів фізичного виховання, допомагає ліквідувати недоліки фізичного розвитку й рухової сфери глухих та слабочучих дітей. Уміле використання фізичних вправ в процесі корекційної роботи дозволяє попередити рухові вади, нормалізувати хід фізичного розвитку дітей з порушеннями слуху та значною мірою подолати вторинні порушення.
В статье приводятся результаты экспериментально-педагогических исследований по влиянию физических нагрузок на состояние двигательной сферы детей с нарушениями слуха. Рациональное использование разнообразных средств и методов физического воспитания, помогает убрать недостатки физического развития и двигательной сферы глухих и слабослышащих детей. Умелое использование физических упражнений в процессе коррекционной работы позволяет предупредить двигательные недостатки, нормализовать ход физического развития детей с нарушениями слуха и в значительной мере преодолеть вторичные нарушения. Studying influence of physical exercises on growth and development of an organism of the child, experts notice that regular application of physical exercises and massage makes active the nervously-impellent device, raises a metabolism. On the basis of these physiological processes positive shifts in a state of health, developments of functions of the central nervous system and the impellent device, physical development of all organisms in general are reached. The analysis of results of pedagogical researches in the field of vocational education of children with a hearing disorder has shown a close connection between level of physical development and physical readiness of children, their impellent activity and mental development of the child. Impellent activity positively influences on intellectual processes. The insufficient quantity of movements leads to easing of an organism and its functional systems and bodies, causing to development a number of difficult chronic diseases of an internal and a metabolism. Even the healthy person who long term conducts an inactive way of life, becomes badly adapted to mental and to physical activities, to changes of external conditions. Throughout all school age deaf children on some parameters of physical development have any deviations, unlike coevals with the kept hearing which specifies in necessity of search of effective remedies of correction of impellent sphere for increase of level of their physical development and improvement of a functional condition of the basic life-support systems. Variety and orientation of physical exercises which are applied in system of adaptive physical training, variability of their performance allow to carry out selection and their necessary association taking into account problems of correction of impellent infringements and increase of physical readiness of pupils of special schools to an optimum level. The role of physical exercises in social integration of deaf people is heavy for overestimating. They provide necessary physical and functional development of the person, formation of the vital household and professional habits, assist high-grade rest, etc. Only in the event that the invalid on hearing has no important difficulties in realization of the professional work, and its leisure is enriched by sports employment, dialogue with colleagues and friends, it is possible to speak about successful integration into a society of such people. Skillful use of physical exercises in the course of correctional work allows to warn impellent lacks, to normalizes a course of physical development of children with a hearing disorder and appreciably to overcome secondary infringements. Besides, physical training is powerful means of preparation of children with hearing lacks to socially useful work and life in a society. |
