У статті висвітлено актуальність необхідності працівникам ОВС знань, умінь, навичок, для протиборства озброєного ножем супротивника. Проведено аналіз та узагальнення знань, щодо особливостей навчання працівників ОВС захисту від загрози озброєного супротивника. Розглянуто захисні дії від загрози холодною зброєю як одного із компонентів системи спеціальної фізичної підготовки. Охарактеризовано структурні елементи системи захисних дій від загрози холодною зброєю та методику їх розвитку. В статье показана актуальность необходимости работникам ОВД знаний, умений, навыков, для противоборства вооруженного ножом противника. Проведен анализ и обобщение знаний по особенностям обучения работников ОВД защиты от угрозы вооруженного противника. Рассмотрены защитные действия от угрозы холодным оружием как одного из компонентов системы специальной физической подготовки. Охарактеризованы структурные элементы системы защитных действий от угрозы холодным оружием и методику их развития. In the article actuality of necessity is shown to the workers of ОВД of knowledge, abilities, skills, for opposing of the opponent armed with a knife. An analysis and generalization of knowledge are conducted on the features of educating of workers of ОВД of protecting from the threat of the opponent armed with a knife. It is found out that during an educational process on employments of the special physical preparation the special attention it is necessary to spare todevelopment of necessary physical qualities (speed, power and co-ordinating), psychological preparation and технико-тактической preparation. It is set that protective actions from a threat a plain weapon is one of components of the system of the special physical preparation. Determination of concept of the system of protective actions is Given from a threat by a plain weapon, under that totality of elements, making the single process of educating, educations of employees of ОВД, that is needed for the reflection of attack and protecting from a plain weapon, is understood. In this context, to the system of protective actions from a threat a plain weapon is take next elements: the developed physical qualities, psychological preparedness, технико-тактическая preparedness, are needed. Description of each is Given of the higher indicated element. Made examples of methodologies of development of these elements. It is exposed, that for the effective educating of employees of ОВД to opposing with an opponent it is needed to use the armed plain weapon in a complex all elements of the system of preparation. In terms when there are the considerable converting into socio-political life of society, in Ukraine is actual enough and important question of readiness of worker of organs of internal affairs (ОВС) to implementation of official duties. Sparing of the proper attention to this question will provide the proper level of fight against criminality and providing of public law and public safety enforcement. During implementation of official duties workers of ОВС often enough will be to run into disobedience of the armed criminal. Characterizing modern criminality, note should be taken on that offenders own the high combat training. Therefore during employments on the special physical preparation with the workers of ОВС it is necessary to spare the special attention in working off protective actions at a threat by a plain weapon. |
