У статті розглядається проблема управління професійним розвитком учителів. Підкреслено, що управління професійним розвитком учителя є соціально значущою проблемою в педагогіці. Представлені моделі професійного розвитку педагога, управління розвитком професійної компетентності педагогічного колективу. Розкриваються види професійної компетентності, рівні професійного розвитку педагога. Визначено основні форми реалізації моделі управління професійним розвитком педагога.
В статье рассматривается проблема управления профессиональным развитием учителей. Подчеркнуто, что управление профессиональным развитием учителя является социально значимой проблемой в педагогике. Представлены модели профессионального развития педагога, управления развитием профессиональной компетентности педагогического коллектива. Раскрываются виды профессиональной компетентности, уровни профессионального развития педагога. Определены основные формы реализации модели управления профессиональным развитием педагога. The article deals with the problem of managing the professional development of teachers. It is emphasized that the management of teacher’s professional development is socially significant problem in pedagogy that requires awareness but its solution is complicated by the need to train teachers in the course of their career mastering new demands on modern teacher and the learning process in the formation of society knowledge. It is also determined that the management process of professional development of teaching staff is seen as a problem within the functions of management of development training. In the management system the process of professional development of teachers is recorded by growth of professional qualifications. It is emphasized that the professional development of teaching staff is an important factor in managing the quality of education but in the education system this factor often becomes the secondary one. However, in the mode of intensive development the professional development of teaching staff is a crucial condition for increasing social efficiency of education. The profession of the teacher encourages pedagogues to learn the whole life. The article presents models of teacher’s professional development, management of professional competence development of the teaching staff. It also discloses kinds of professional competence: special, social, personal, individual; levels of professional development of teachers: pedagogical skills, commitment to innovation, pedagogical creativity, willingness to create authoring technologies, availability of individual (author) style of pedagogical activity, performance improvement and the development of educational programs, commitment to create individual methodical system, ready to create the author's educational system. The basic forms of realization of the model of teachers’ professional development management is determined: methodological seminars, research conferences, organizing educational experiments educational public defense of research projects, development of individual educational trajectories of separate teachers, internships on enterprises of pedagogical workers, certification of teachers. |
