У статті проаналізовано сутність толерантності як особистісної якості та важливої складової професійної культури майбутнього вчителя, розкрито складові толерантної особистості майбутнього педагога, теоретично обґрунтовано необхідність підготовки майбутніх вчителів до виховання толерантності в учнів. Звертається увага на особливості підготовки майбутніх вчителів до виховання толерантності в учнів, досліджує виховний потенціал педагогічних дисциплін для формування толерантності майбутніх вчителів.
В статье дан анализ сути толерантности как личностного качества и важной составляющей профессиональной культуры будущего учителя, раскрыты составляющие толерантной личности будущего педагога, теоретически обосновано необходимость подготовки будущих учителей к воспитанию толерантности у учащихся. Автор обращает внимание на особенности подготовки будущих учителей к воспитанию толерантности у учащихся, исследует воспитательный потенциал педагогических дисциплин для формирования толерантности будущих учителей. This article is dedicated to the problem of future teachers training to give tolerance education to basic school students. This problem is of current interest in nowadays circumstances, because tolerance occupies one of the main places in the scale of the European pedagogical values and is an universal mankind value. Forming of modern teacher, that will bring up a generation capable of living and working in European educational realities, has to plug in preparations of future teacher to tolerance education of students. The author has analyzed the essence of tolerance as a personal quality and an important constituent of the professional culture of a future teacher, exposed tolerant teacher`s personality constituents such as: cognitive, axiological and practical. Article states that a process of tolerance education is difficult and time-consuming; future teachers training on tolerance education of students requires the input of the integral system of work. Tolerance as a future teacher`s personal quality must be formed in the process of studies, scientific-research work, during internship practice, process of education and self-education. The author points to the special role of teacher in future teachers training on tolerance education of students, who has to plug in tolerance in students` mindset while communicating with then. It will help future teachers to resolve contradictions that arise between the representatives of different world views due to benevolent communicative cooperation. In this article the educational potential of pedagogical disciplines (pedagogics, history of pedagogics, theory of education, pedagogical mastery basics) is explored for future teachers preparation to give tolerance knowledge to students. The cycle of pedagogical disciplines should provide the study of theoretical principles and mechanisms of forming students` tolerant consciousness by future teachers help them to acquire skills of tolerant pedagogical cooperation. In the end the author marks that the problem of future teachers training to give tolerance education to students has many unexplored aspects and needs further fundamental research. |
