У статті розглядається роль та застосування дидактичних принципів в трудовому навчанні. Акцентується увага на специфіці їх застосування саме в трудовому навчанні. Зазначається, що через ігнорування дидактичних принципів і особливостей їх застосування в трудовому навчанні відбуваються невдачі, пов'язані з трудовою підготовкою підростаючого покоління. Робиться наголос на те що нерідко забуваються принципові, основоположні, підтверджені практикою положення педагогіки трудового навчання. Підкреслюється, що зневажливе ставлення до цих положень вкрай негативно позначається на результатах роботи щодо поліпшення трудової підготовки школярів.
В статье рассматривается роль и применение дидактических принципов в трудовом обучении. Акцентируется внимание на специфике их применения, именно, в трудовом обучении. Отмечается, что из-за игнорирования дидактических принципов и особенностей их применения в трудовом обучении происходят неудачи, связанные с трудовой подготовкой подрастающего поколения. Делается упор на то, что нередко забываются принципиальные, основополагающие, подтвержденные практикой положения педагогики трудового обучения. Подчеркивается, что пренебрежительное отношение к этим положениям крайне отрицательно сказывается на результатах работы по улучшению трудовой подготовки школьников. The article discusses the role and application of didactic principles in the employment training. The article focuses on the specifics of their application in the employment training. It is noted that due to the disregard of didactic principles and their application in the labour training mishaps occur related to vocational training of the younger generation. The emphasis is on what is often forgotten fundamental, fundamental, proven provisions of the pedagogy of vocational education. It is emphasized that neglect of these provisions extremely negative impact on the results of work on improving the employment preparation of students. The notion of didactic principles as the guiding ideas and provisions that are applied in teaching of all subjects. It is noted that in the pedagogical literature describes more than a dozen such principles: purposefulness, scientific character, availability, etc. They are mostly unified in relation to different school subjects, but in relation to each of them have their own specifics. Applies to the application of didactic principles in labor training, namely: the principle of purposefulness, principle of scientific education, the relationship with practice and life, moral education, regularity and consistency in training, the principle of availability of training, principle of consciousness, activity and independence, the principle of clarity, principle of individualization, principle of strength and effectiveness of learning outcomes. The conclusion is that each of the didactic principles are equally important; all the principles collectively to consider teachers and developers of curricula, authors of textbooks in determining the objectives, content, forms and methods of labor training; all didactic principles are interrelated, interdependent, they are not once and for all data and constant. Changes in the socio-economic and political life of society, the development of pedagogical science and practices cause the emergence of new principles of transformation of existing, traditional. |
