У статті розглядається проблема ролі і значення етнокультурної складової професійної освіти для процесу самореалізації особистості. Стаття акцентує значний потенціал етнічної традиції, здатний підвищити ефективність процесу навчання і сприяти самореалізації особистості. Автор трактує самореалізацію як унікальний і неповторний для кожної окремої особи процес здійснення життєвих установок, акцентує важливість в цьому процесі етнокультурної складової. В статті зазначено, що в умовах зміни ціннісних і світоглядних орієнтацій суспільства з’являється можливість наповнення змісту освіти автентичним для країни етнокультурним знанням. Цим шляхом може бути вирішена проблема адаптації представників етносу в багатонаціональному світі, захищена від розмивання і збережена унікальна цінність аутентичної етнічної культури.
В статье рассматривается проблема роли и значения этнокультурной составляющей профессионального образования для процесса самореализации личности. Статья акцентирует значительный потенциал этнической традиции, способный, по мнению автора, повысить эффективность процесса обучения и способствовать тем самым самореализации личности. Автор трактует самореализацию как уникальный и неповторимый для каждой отдельной личности процесс воплощения жизненных установок, акцентирует в этом процессе важность этнокультурной составляющей. В статье отмечено, что в условиях изменения ценностных ориентаций и основ мировосприятия общества появляется возможность наполнения содержания образования аутентичными для страны этнокультурными знаниями. Этим путём может быть решена проблема адаптации представителей этноса в многонациональном мире, защищена от размывания и сохранена уникальная ценность аутентичной этнической культуры. Topic of the article is the problem of the role and importance of the ethno-cultural component of vocational education for the process of the individual self-realizatio. The author considers the education as an essential step for self-realization and self-affirmation of the individual. The article focuses on proving that professional self-realization, considered as a process of socialization, has two levels. The author of the article calls the reproductive level, on which the person defines values, motives and needs, oriented to a professional perspective. The author of the article also defines the creative level of self-realization on which the subject of intellectual experience within the limits of professional potential realizes and the further formation of professional skill and competence are creates. Self-realization is considered in the article as a complex with respect to the professional sphere of the personal activity and individual own occupation and hobbies. The level of self-actualization is characterized by the states of self-identification, self-regulation and self -actualization. Understanding self-realization as a process for the implementation of life-settings unique of the person, the author of the article emphasizes the importance of the ethno-cultural component in this process. In conditions of changing values and ideological orientations of society there is an opportunity to fill the content of education with an authentic ethnic- cultural component of knowledge for the country. This way can be uses as a solution for the problems of adaptation of ethnic groups in a multinational world, protected from erosion and preserved the unique value of authentic ethnic culture. In the author's opinion, the solution of these problems will contribute to the creation of person for finding their own identity, adjusting the ideological orientations in the humanistic direction. The author states that self-realization, based on the ethnic self-identification, promotes the consolidation of the humanistic foundations of world perception, which are indicators of an integral person capable of socially active realization of their own potential in favor of society. The representatives of the ethnic group are realizing this way, each in a certain direction of personal activity; increase the potential of the scientific, economic, social and spiritual spheres of public life. The author of the article defines the process of self-realization as a binary. As society grows, we can see broadens the conditions for the self-realization of the all each individual as a part of society. In this sense, the quantity and quality of positive changes in social life depends of the completeness of the personal realization. |
