У статті описано модель формування підприємницької компетентності у майбутніх учителів технологій, що складається з чотирьох блоків. Елементами структурно-функціональної моделі виступають мета, завдання, методологічні підходи, загальнодидактичні та специфічні принципи, компоненти означеної компетентності, етапи, зміст, педагогічні технології й умови, форми і методи процесу формування, критерії та рівні сформованості компетентності, а також попередні результати впровадження розробленої моделі.
В статье описана модель формирования предпринимательской компетентности у будущих учителей технологий, состоящая из четырёх блоков. Элементами структурно-функциональной модели выступают цель, задачи, методологические подходы, общедидактические и специфические принципы, компоненты указанной компетентности, этапы, содержание, педагогические технологии и условия, формы и методы процесса формирования, критерии и уровни сформированности компетентности, а также результат педагогической деятельности в разрезе исследуемой проблемы. The article is devoted to the description of model of forming the entrepreneurial competence of future technologies teachers. The topicality of creating a model is that the development of market economic relations in Ukraine requires the training of enterprising young people. The leading role in the school training of pupils to entrepreneurial activity is given to teachers of technologies. The teacher himself must have a high level of entrepreneurial competence if he wants effectively teach to enterprising. In nowadays students receive certain economic knowledge in pedagogical higher education institutions, but there is no integral system of forming the entrepreneurial competence of future technologies teachers. Structural-functional model consists of four blocks. Target block includes the purpose and tasks of specified pedagogical activity. To determine the content of the theoretically-methodological block, we analyzed the methodological approaches, identified the generally-didactic and specific principles of the implementation the process of forming, components of entrepreneurial competence of future technologies teachers. The content-activity block consists of the following elements: stages, content, appropriate pedagogical technologies, pedagogical conditions, forms and methods of the process of forming the entrepreneurial competence of future technologies teachers. Diagnostic-productive block is represented by the criteria and levels of competency formation, and the result of the pedagogical activity in the context of the researched problem. Thus, the described structural-functional model combines the target, the theoretically-methodological, the content-activity and the diagnostic-productive blocks that have their own filling and meaning. The prospects for further research are seen in improving this model in order to effectively forming the entrepreneurial competence of future technologies teachers in the process of professional training. |
