У статті розглядається проблема підготовки майбутнього вихователя дошкільного закладу освіти, який здатний компетентно розвивати соціальні уміння і навички у старших дошкільників. Висвітлюються специфічні характеристики дослідницької діяльності, її ресурси в аспекті підготовки студентів у процесі педагогічної практики до становлення дошкільника як суб’єкта соціальної дії. Практико-орієнтовна підготовленість майбутніх фахівців розглядається в якості і критерію успішності засвоєння ними теоретичних засад розвитку у дітей соціальних умінь і навичок, і експериментального майданчика апробації та впровадження інновацій у практику довкілля, що базуються на науково-педагогічному осмисленні студентами проблемного поля соціального розвитку сучасних вихованців.
В статье рассматривается проблема подготовки будущего воспитателя дошкольного учреждения образования, который способен компетентно развивать социальные умения и навыки у старших дошкольников. Освещаются специфические характеристики исследовательской деятельности, ее ресурсы в аспекте подготовки студентов в процессе педагогической практики к становлению дошкольника как субъекта социального действия. Практико-ориентированная подготовленность будущих специалистов рассматривается в качестве и критерия успешности усвоения ими теоретических основ развития у детей социальных умений и навыков, и экспериментальной площадки апробации и внедрения инноваций в практику окружающей среды, основанные на научно-педагогическом осмыслении студентами проблемного поля социального развития современных воспитанников. The article focuses on the problem of preparing the future educator of a preschool education institution who is able to competently develop social abilities and skills of senior preschool children. The specific characteristics of the research activity, its resources in the aspect of preparing students in the process of their teaching practice for the formation of the preschool child as a subject of the social action are described. The practice-oriented preparedness of future specialists is considered as a criterion of their successful mastering the theoretical bases of the development of children’s social abilities and skills, as well as the experimental site for approbation and practical application of innovations to the environment, based on the students' scientific and pedagogical understanding of the problem field of the social development of modern educates. One of the essential characteristics of the national education system is the accentuation of the self-value of such its part as preschool education. At this stage of the development of the personality as a subject of the social action, scientists point out numerous problems. At the same time, an exceptionally significant personality-centered and professional role of the preschool educator is recognized. The conducted theoretical and applied studies confirm the determining role of higher school in the formation of professionally competent specialists in the sphere of education; especially the practical component of the higher school educational process. Meanwhile, there is still little study of the following aspect: the research activity of student trainees as a pedagogical system aimed at ensuring the positive dynamics of the level (receptive-reproductive, creative) of their readiness to develop social abilities and skills of senior preschool children. The designated aspect acquires special value in connection with the understanding of the interrelation, interdependence and interconditionality of the formation of the students’ scientific and pedagogical style of thinking and their readiness for innovations in their professional activity. The self-reflection of the gained experience in the above-mentioned perspective, the conducted local research, the generalization of the practical work of creative educators (more specifically, preschool education establishments of Izmail district) make it possible to detail some fragments of the developed author's strategy. In particular, the recommendations of foreign scientists regarding the multi-vector motivation for research activities of the students at the Bachelor's Degree stage of education are taken into account. The experience of constructive activities of student trainees in the aspect of carrying out their cross research in the problem field of the formation of the personality of the senior preschool child as a subject of the social action is highlighted. |
