В поданій статті автором досліджено особливості проектування й реалізації змістового аспекту професійно-педагогічної підготовки майбутніх викладачів іноземної мови до моніторингової діяльності. Представлено мету і завдання базового модулю "Моніторинг в сфері іншомовної освіти". Розкрито способи підготовки студентів до проведення власних моніторингових розвідок щодо вияву якості професійно-педагогічної діяльності викладачів іноземної мови. Сконцентровано увагу на етапах і принципах організації моніторингових досліджень в сфері іншомовної освіти, а також емпіричних методах освітніх вимірювань. У перспективі рекомендовано впровадження даного модулю в зміст педагогічної освіти майбутніх педагогічних кадрів.
В данной статье автором выявлены особенности проектирования и реализации содержательного аспекта профессионально-педагогической подготовки будущих преподавателей иностранного языкак мониторинговой деятельности. Конкретизированы цель и задачи базового модуля "Мониторинг в сфере иноязычного образования". Раскрыты способы подготовки студентов относительно проведения собственных мониторинговых исследований, касающихся качества профессионально-педагогической деятельности преподавателей иностранного языка. Сконцентрировано внимание на этапах и принципах организации мониторинговых исследований в сфере иноязычного образования, а также эмпирических методах образовательных измерений. В перспективе рекомендовано внедрение данного модуля в содержание педагогической подготовки будущих кадров для системы образования. In this article, the author substantiates the features of design and implementation of the content aspect of the professional and pedagogical preparation of future foreign language teachers for monitoring activities. The goal and tasks of the basic module "Monitoring in the sphere of foreign language education" are specified. The ways of preparing students for conducting their own poring research related to the quality of professional and pedagogical activity of foreign language teachers were discovered. Attention is concentrated on the sphere of foreign language education, as well as on the empirical methods of educational measurements. In the long term, the implementation of this module in the content of pedagogical training of future cadres for the education system is recommended. The basis of the module is the definition of educational monitoring as a system for collecting, processing, storing and disseminating information about the educational system or its individual elements, which is focused on the information management of the control, allows to draw conclusions about the state of the object at any given time and gives a forecast of its development. It has been demonstrated that monitoring in the field of foreign language education combines three important administrative components: analysis, assessment and forecasting of processes in education, a set of methods for tracking processes in education; collection and processing of information in order to prepare recommendations for the development of investigated processes and making the necessary adjustments. It is specified that monitoring is based on these components, but does not replace any of them, since there can be no control, expertise or information support system. Instead, the social nature of educational monitoring is determined by the fact that it serves as the main means of monitoring and accounting for the transfer of social experience (the content of foreign education) to younger generations. There are three areas of research related to discussions about the functions of these systems; study of the reliability (validity) of the received information; analysis of the role of monitoring in the systems for assessing and controlling the quality of educational services in the field of foreign language education. The results of the conducted research allow to draw the following conclusions: taking into account personal wishes and the specifics of the professional activity of future foreign language teachers, the content of their teaching should be updated with theoretical issues of educational monitoring and methodology of monitoring studies in the field of foreign language education. |
