An analysis of similar and excellent training in technical staff training in the United States and Ukraine suggests that both countries are considering improving their educational systems as an important condition for socio-economic progress. The efforts of the teachers of both countries are aimed at the integration of education, science and production; development of the creative nature of vocational education; improving the quality and efficiency of vocational education, ensuring wide and free access to vocational education, improving the efficiency of management of vocational education institutions, cooperation between educational establishments with production and other social partners, improving programs, curricula and training directions in accordance with the requirements of the economy and the labor market. In domestic education, these programs and concepts remain largely unrealistic for a number of objective and subjective reasons.
Аналіз подібного та відмінного в реалізації підготовки спеціалістів технічного профілю у США та Україні дає підстави стверджувати, що обидві держави розглядають удосконалення своїх освітніх систем як важливу умову суспільно-економічного прогресу. Зусилля педагогів обох країн спрямовані на інтеграцію освіти, науки і виробництва; розвиток креативного характеру професійної освіти; підвищення якості та ефективності професійно-технічної освіти, забезпечення широкого та вільного доступу до професійної освіти, підвищення ефективності управління закладами професійно-технічної освіти, взаємодії навчальних закладів з виробництвом та іншими соціальними партнерами, вдосконалення програм, навчальних планів і напрямів навчання відповідно до вимог економіки та ринку праці. У вітчизняній освіті ці програми та концепції залишаються, переважно, мало реалізованими з низки об’єктивних і суб’єктивних причин. |
