Рассмотрены современные подходы к проблеме формирования здоровья студентов. Осуществлен анализ научно – методической литературы, а также анализ современных технологий. В статье была проанализирована структурная модель стиля жизни, которая показывает, что стиль жизни проявляется в различных измерениях человеческого существования.
В статті розглянуто сучасні підходи до проблем формування здоров'я студентів. Здійснено аналіз науково - методичної літератури, а також аналіз сучасних технологій. У статті було проаналізовано структурну модель стилю життя, яка показує, що стиль життя проявляється в різних вимірах людського існування. Non – stable social and cultural and economic situation at the country raises this tendency and leads to the fact that about 70 % of population of Ukraine is at a state of slow mental and emotional as well as social stress which exhausts adaptional mechanisms of an organism which support a health. At this situation main reason of this is a lack of "epical relation" to a health at a society; the main factors of risk have behavioural bases; important role at saving and strengthening health of a human plays the human’s mode of life. According to this an issue of forming a human’s health is out of medical science and practice and this issue moves into educational sphere. At modern pedagogical theory and practice an issue of forming healthy mode of life takes place one of the main places. However at present content side of the term "healthy style of life" is not opened in spite of its wide application. This fact is quite regular; a difference between the term "the style of a life" and the term "the mode of a life" is principal at existing certain level of individuality and subjectivity; this level allows a person to make choice his own mode of life from a number of alternative modes: this choice is adequate to internal essence of a person and this choice is oriented to self – realization. |
