У статті проаналізовано поняття точності кидків у баскетболі та розкрито фактори, що її визначають. Виконано аналіз основних методів удосконалення влучності, визначено особливості розвитку точності кидків студентів, що займаються баскетболом.
В статье проанализировано понятие точности бросков в баскетболе и раскрыты факторы, ее определяющие. Выполнен анализ основных методов совершенствования меткости, определены особенности развития точности бросков студентов, занимающихся баскетболом. The article analyzes the concept of precision throws in basketball and reveals the factors that determine it. The analysis of the main methods of improving accuracy, the peculiarities of precision shots students involved in basketball. From precision shots to the success of a particular attack and the result of playing basketball. The accuracy of the throw is determined to cart rational technique, movement stability and handling them, regular alternation of tension and relaxation of muscles, strength and mobility of hands, their final efforts, as well as the optimal flight trajectory and rotation of the ball. The effectiveness and accuracy of tricks, including throwing in the trash, largely caused by the level of manifestation of the athletes ability to accurate differentiation of the main characteristics of movements (space, time, effort), speed differentiation largest small muscular effort. The impact of all methods of precision throws students engaged in basketball, based on physiological laws of the formation of muscle memory. Using different methods in training tosses accuracy makes achieving high efficiency by varying the motor tasks. Use instructional techniques in improving throws the ball in the basket without taking into account the specifics of play does not increase the percentage of hits in the game. In terms of basketball competition significantly reduce the accuracy of throws compared to the same distance in training conditions. Multiple repetition shots in terms of training does not always give an opportunity to achieve the desired effect and creates conditions for the use of additional instructional techniques. |
