Актуальність теми дослідження. Місія університету є виховання еліти країни, утвердження цінностей, норм, традицій, практик та намірів, що складають моральне ядро людини, здатної до майбутніх перетворювальних процесів у світі. Сьогодні на порядок денний ставляться питання про перехід до нового етапу цивілізаційного розвитку, що ґрунтується на радикальній зміні цінностей і цілей людства, а також векторності й змістовності різних сфер людської життєдіяльності [9]. Тому модернізація, реформування, перебудова освіти виступає неперервним процесом як у всьому світі так і в Україні. Постановка проблеми. Реформи, інновації в системі вищої професійної освіти необхідні для розвитку фахівця майбутнього, здатного вирішувати проблеми цивілізаційного та екологічного характеру. Конструктивною ідеєю в даному аспекті є ідея випереджаючої вищої професійної освіти. Аналіз останніх досліджень і публікацій. Вагомий внесок у розробку концепції випереджаючої освіти зробили такі вчені, як П. Анохін [4], С. Батишев, Б. Бим-Бад [5], В. Горшенін, К. Колін [16], П. Новиков [20], А. Субетто, та ін. Метою науковців А. Урсула, Н. Мамедова, Е. Гiрусова, М. Трифонової [25] було створити модель освітньої системи, здатної вивести людство з кризового стану, адаптувавши освіту до нової моделі цивілізаційного розвитку. Представник філософської думки Горбань О. [9] розглядає випереджаючу освіту як модель освітньої системи, яка набуває двох нових глобальних функцій: перша – неогуманістична, спрямована на виживання і постійний розвиток усього людства; друга – екологічна, яка акцентує увагу на збереженні біосфери та природи загалом, забезпеченні сприятливих екологічних умов і ресурсів. Ряд учених (В. Зуев, Н. Саблукова, Н. Соколова та ін.) відзначають, що для реалізації проекту випереджаючої освіти необхідно розробити новий зміст та запропонувати інноваційні освітні технології з метою підготовки фахівця майбутнього. Постановка завдання. З метою проектування фахівця майбутнього обґрунтувати та запропонувати змістове та технологічне забезпечення процесу його професійнопедагогічної підготовки на принципах випереджаючої освіти. Виклад основних матеріалів. Сьогодні Україні необхідне утвердження нової ролі вищої освіти, яку вона відіграє в країнах Європи, де університети є джерелом поширення нових знань та окреслення майбутніх інтелектуальних орієнтирів для суспільства, піднімають значущість загальнолюдських цінностей. У сприятливих умовах академічної свободи, яку університети отримали за новим Законом України «Про вищу освіту», враховуючи глобальні проблеми розвитку цивілізації та збереження біосфери є можливість реалізації проекту випереджаючої освіти. Для цього пропонується впровадження в систему вищої професійно-педагогічної освіти блоку наукових дисциплін загальної підготовки, а саме: «Філософія», «Основи економічної теорії», «Загальна теорія систем», «Глобалістика», «Ноосферологія», «Соціально-екологічна безпека життєдіяльності», «Фундаментальні основи інформатики», «Наука, техніка і технології», зміст яких та інноваційні освітні технології його реалізації може забезпечити формування загальної компетентності фахівця майбутнього. Висновки. Отже, сьогодні створено умови для реалізації нових освітніх проектів та виведення університетів на передові позиції європейської вищої освіти. Академічна свобода ЗВО дає можливість реалізувати проект випереджаючої вищої професійно-педагогічної освіти, яка націлена на підготовку фахівця майбутнього, здатного мислити та діяти на рівні загальнолюдських цінностей та екологічних проблем на Землі. Запропоновані зміст та технології навчання здобувачів вищої освіти в подальшому потребують обговорень та дискусій, а також експериментальної апробації у ЗВО, які зацікавлені у реалізації нових освітніх підходів та орієнтовані на європейський вектор розвитку. Urgency of the research. The mission of the university is to educate the elite of the country, to establish values, norms, traditions, practices and intentions, which constitute the moral core of a person, who are capable of future transformative processes in the world. Today on the agenda questions about the transition to a new stage of civilizational development, which is based on a radical change in the values and goals of humanity, as well as the vector and content of various spheres of human activity, are raised. Therefore, modernization, reformation and restructuring of education are an ongoing process both in the whole world and in Ukraine. Target setting. Reforms, innovations in the system of higher professional education are necessary for the development of a specialist of the future, who will be able to solve problems of a civilizational and ecological character. The idea of advanced higher professional education is a constructive idea in this aspect. Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. A great contribution to the development of the concept of advanced education was made by such scientists as P. Anokhin [2], S. Batyshev, B. Bym-Bad [3], V. Horshenin, K. Kolin [4], P. Novykov [5], A. Subetto, and etc. To create a model of the educational system that will be able to bring mankind out of crisis, thanks to the adaptation of the formation of a new model of civilizational development was the goal of such scientists A. Ursula, N. Mamedova, E. Hirusova, M.Tryfonovoi [6]. A representative of philosophical thought Gorban A. [7] considers advanced education as a model of an educational system that acquires two new global functions: the first is neohumanistic, aimed at the survival and constant development of all mankind; the second - the ecological, which focuses on preserving the biosphere and nature in general, providing favorable environmental conditions and resources. A number of scientists (V. Zuev, N. Sablukova, N. Sokolova and etc.) note that to implement the project of advanced education it is necessary to develop new content and to offer innovative educational technologies in order to train a specialist of the future. The research objective. For the purpose of designing a specialist of the future to substantiate and offer comprehensive and technological support for the process of his professional and pedagogical preparation on the principles of advanced education. The statement of basic materials. Today, Ukraine needs to establish a new role for higher education, which it plays in Europe, where universities are the source of the dissemination of new knowledge and the definition of future intellectual guidelines for society. Higher education raises the importance of universal values. In the favorable conditions of academic freedom, which universities received under the new Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education", Considering the global problems of the development of civilization and conservation of the biosphere, there is the possibility of implementing a project of advanced education. To this end, the introduction of a block of general training disciplines is proposed in the system of higher professional and pedagogical education, namely: "Philosophy", "Basics of economic theory", "General systems theory", "Globalistics", "Noospherology", "Social and ecological safety of vital activity", "Fundamentals of Informatics", "Science, technology and technology", the content of which and innovative educational technologies of its implementation can ensure the formation of the general competence of a specialist of the future. Conclusions. So, today the conditions for the implementation of new educational projects and the withdrawal of universities to the forefront of European higher education are created. Academic freedom of higher educational institutions makes it possible to implement a project of advanced higher professional and pedagogical education, which is aimed at training a specialist of the future, capable of thinking and acting at the level of universal human values and environmental problems on Earth. The proposed content and technologies for teaching students in the future will require discussions and discussions, as well as experimental approbation in institutions of higher education, who are interested in implementing new educational approaches and oriented towards the European vector of development. |
