У статті висвітлено особливості первинної професійної підготовки поліцейських, яких вперше прийнято на посади інспекторів патрульної поліції. Охарактеризовано вимоги до професійної підготовленості працівників патрульної поліції відповідно до державного стандарту професійно-технічної освіти професії «поліцейський». Проведено аналіз нормативної та варіативної частини професійної програми підготовки, визначено специфіку навчання поліцейських, яких вперше прийнято на посади інспекторів патрульної поліції.
In the article the features of primary police training, which first accepted the post of police patrol officers. According to the state standard of vocational education profession «police» defined the requirements for the knowledge, skills and other components of competency. Revealed that the general fund training time course of initial training for police, were first made in the service of the police is 732 hours. A typical curriculum includes a number of disciplines that make up the regulatory and variable parts. Foundation training time is normative part of 472 hours. Regulatory common for students of all departments of the police and contains three sections: general training (86 hours); vocational and classroom training (134 hours); professional practical training (236 hours). Professional classroom training includes a set of disciplines that arm students with the knowledge regarding the organizational and legal framework of the National Police, the basics of criminal law, criminal procedure the police, preventive policing, features Documentation in official activities, administrative proceedings and proceedings on administrative offenses etc. The total included training courses, development of which contributes to proper formation of the individual police officers, gives them a general knowledge of legal subjects, especially the behavior of different groups of people more. By professional practical training related burn (64 hours) and tactical training (126 hours). Variable part is specific to each field of study, but the general fund and the same training time is 260 hours. |
