У дисертації вперше розроблено, науково обґрунтовано, експериментально перевірено та впроваджено методику формування технічної компетентності майбутніх фахівців судноводіння у процесі навчання технічних дисциплін. Окреслено основні етапи наукової думки за проблемою формування технічної компетентності майбутніх фахівців судноводіння у процесі навчання технічних дисциплін. На підставі детального аналізу наукових досліджень з означеної проблеми, виокремлено засадничі етапи розвитку наукової думки формування технічної компетентності майбутніх фахівців судноводіння у процесі навчання технічних дисциплін. З’ясовано, що питання формування технічної компетентності майбутніх фахівців судноводіння у процесі навчання технічних дисциплін на сьогодні залишились не достатньо вирішеним. Виокремлено потребу активного залучення майбутніх фахівців до інноваційних форм навчання, зокрема дистанційної та самонавчання, з використанням сучасних інноваційних засобів; необхідності оновлення програми навчання майбутніх фахівців судноводіння, що створить підґрунтя для вдосконалення системи викладання технічних предметів та англійської мови, уможливить задоволення соціального запиту на особистісно орієнтоване навчання цієї дисципліни. Доведено своєчасність та актуальність дослідження проблеми формування технічної компетентності майбутніх фахівців судноводіння у процесі навчання технічних дисциплін, за результатами якого можна робити теоретичні висновки й упровадження яких у практику судноводіння надасть можливість істотно поліпшити безпеку в морській галузі. Виявлено та обґрунтовано організаційно-педагогічні умови формування технічної компетентності майбутніх фахівців судноводіння у процесі навчання технічних дисциплін: сформованість мотиваційної складової формування технічної компетентності майбутніх фахівців судноводіння у процесі навчання технічних дисциплін; встановлення попереднього рівня технічної компетентності судноводіїв, який визначає індивідуальну траєкторію навчання для кожного студента; відповідність змісту навчання вимогам, сформульованим на основі аналізу професійної діяльності судноводіїв і його проектування з урахуванням необхідності використання у виборі фаху й самонавчанні протягом життя; спрямованість на формування стійкої професійно орієнтованої мотивації до опанування професійно значущих для майбутнього судноводія знань і вмінь; забезпечення взаємозв’язків технічних та філологічних дисциплін зі змістом професійної діяльності судноводія; використання активних форм, методів та інноваційних засобів навчання, що надають можливість моделювати проблемні ситуації, функціональні можливості яких є основою для формування технічної компетентності; використання хмарних технологій, особистого е- кабінету, дистанційне навчання. Удосконалено зміст, форми, методи і засоби навчання технічних дисциплін для формування технічної компетентності майбутніх фахівців судноводіння; подальшого розвитку набула організація викладання технічних дисциплін через використання хмарних технологій, особистого е-кабінету, дистанційне навчання тощо. Розроблено методику формування технічної компетентності майбутніх фахівців судноводіння у процесі навчання технічних дисциплін, яка містить етапи: цільовий – здійснюються тренінги, змістовно спрямовані на формування усвідомленого вибору професії судноводія; мотиваційний – зміст, форми та засоби, що використовуються на цьому етапі розв’язування проблемних задач спрямовуються на ознайомлення студентів із стандартами і вимогами до виконання діяльності судноводія; з нормами поведінки, співпраці та взаємодії в межах професійної діяльності (державні та міжнародні нормативи); пізнавально-операційний – надання необхідних елементарних (технічних та комунікативних) знань; формування необхідних умінь та навичок судноводія; оцінювальний, який складається з двох підетапів: оцінювання виконання проблемної задачі, що стане підґрунтям для висунення та обґрунтування гіпотези, обґрунтування й перевірки результатів, які випливають з гіпотези; оцінювання викладачем компетентнісного рівня студентів – перевірка результатів вирішення проблеми (зіставлення цілей та отриманого результату). Здійснено дослідно-експериментальну апробацію методики формування технічної компетентності майбутніх фахівців судноводіння у процесі навчання технічних дисциплін. Обґрунтовано відбір експериментальних методів дослідження та опрацювання отриманих результатів; викладено результати аналітики отриманих експериментальним напрямом відомостей та їх статистичного опрацювання. Доведено, що застосування розробленої авторської методики формування технічної компетентності майбутніх фахівців судноводіння у процесі навчання технічних дисциплін забезпечує отримання очікуваних результатів. The dissertation first developed, scientifically substantiated, experimentally verified and introduced a methodical system for the formation of basic competencies of senior pupils from ship navigation in the process of profile education. The main stages of scientific thought on the problem of forming the basic competences of senior pupils from navigation in the process of profile education are outlined. Based on a detailed analysis of scientific research on the problem solved in the work (in Ukraine and abroad), the basic stages of the development of the scientific thought of forming the basic competences of senior pupils from navigation in the process of profile education are pointed out. It was clarified that the issues of formation of basic competencies of senior pupils from navigation in the process of profile education have not yet been sufficiently solved. The necessity of active involvement of senior pupils in innovative forms of study, in particular, distance learning and self-education for using modern innovative means, is highlighted; the need to update the program of training senior pupils from shipping, which will create the basis for improving the system of teaching technical subjects and English and will enable the satisfaction of the social request for personality-oriented study of this discipline. The timeliness and urgency of the study of the problem of forming the basic competencies of senior pupils from navigation, proved to be the result of which theoretical conclusions can be made, and the introduction of which in the practice of navigation will provide an opportunity to significantly improve safety in the maritime industry. The organizational and pedagogical conditions of formation of basic competences of senior pupils from navigation in the process of profile education were revealed and substantiated: formation of the motivational component of senior pupils forming the basic competences of senior pupils from navigation in the process of profile education; recognition of the previous level of senior pupils of basic competences of senior pupils from navigation as a signal parameter that determines the individual trajectory of training for each student; compliance with the content of training requirements, formulated on the basis of the analysis of the professional activity of marine engineers and its design, taking into account the need to use senior pupils in the selectionfahu and self-study throughout life; orientation on the formation of a stable professional-oriented motivation for the mastering of professionally meaningful knowledge and skills for the future navigator; provision of interconnection of technical and philological disciplines with the content of professional activity of the ship driver; the use of active forms, methods and innovative learning tools, which provide the opportunity to simulate problem situations, the functional capabilities of which are the basis for the formation of basic competence; use of cloud technologies, personal e-cabinet, distance learning. The approaches to the entirety of laying down the method of forming the basic competencies of senior pupils from navigation in the process of profile education are improved on the basis of the selection of context-dependent components: the content, forms, methods and means that are associated with the corresponding profile of activity and provide for the comprehensiveness of this process. The model of the methodical system of formation of basic competencies of senior pupils from navigation in the process of profile training is developed, which is divided into stages: the target one – trainings are conducted, meaningfully aimed at forming a conscious choice of the ship’s profession; motivational – content, forms and means used at this stage of solving problem tasks are directed to acquaintance of senior pupils with the standards and requirements for the performance of the ship’s activity; with norms of behavior; cooperation and interaction within the framework of professional activity (state and international standards); cognitive-operational – providing the necessary elementary (technical and communicative) knowledge; formation of the necessary skills and skills of the navigator; evaluation, which is divided into two sub-stages: assessment of the implementation of the problem task, which will be the basis for the nomination and substantiation of the hypothesis, the substantiation and verification of the results arising from the hypothesis; Assessment by the teacher of the competent level of students – checking the results of the problem (matching goals and the result). Experimental testing of methodical system of formation of basic competencies of senior pupils from navigation in the process of profile education was carried out. The choice of experimental methods of research and processing of the obtained results is substantiated; The results of the analyzes obtained by the experimental data direction and their statistical processing are described. It is substantiated that the application of the developed author’s model of the system of methodical system for the formation of basic competences of senior pupils from navigation in the process of profile education provides the obtaining of expected results. |
