У статті розглянуто питання культури здоров'я студентів у процесі їхнього фізичного виховання. Науковим пошуком з’ясовано та обґрунтовано методологічні підходи у цьому процесі. Установлено, що ефективне упровадження визначених положень у практику фізичного виховання забезпечує належний рівень сформованості культури здоров'я у студентів на основі генерації їхньої усвідомленої поведінки у повсякденній практиці життєдіяльності, що є базовою основою забезпечення збереження їхнього здоров’я.
В статье рассмотрены вопросы культуры здоровья студентов в процессе их физического воспитания. Научным поиском выяснено и обосновано методологические подходы в этом процессе. Установлено, что эффективное внедрение определенных положений в практику физического воспитания обеспечивает надлежащий уровень сформированности культуры здоровья у студентов на основе генерации их осознанного поведения в повседневной практике жизнедеятельности, что является базовой основой обеспечения сохранения их здоровья. The question of the formation of the health culture of students as a leading factor in ensuring a healthy lifestyle in pedagogical science in view of the negative tendency of the state of health of graduates of higher education is seems important. In modern pedagogical studies as the socio-biological basis of the life of the whole nation and as a result of the state policy a culture of health it is considered. The task of the work – of methodological approaches to the formation of the health culture of students of university in the process of their physical education is the substantiation. Methods of research: to solve the problems, general-scientific methods of theoretical level of research: theoretical analysis, systematization, comparison of different views on the problem under study, generalization of data of scientific-methodical and special literature were used. The process of forming a health culture should be a comprehensive program for the formation of knowledge, settings, personal guidelines and norms of behavior. А preservation and strengthening of the physical, psychological and social health of students as one of the value components contributing to the observance of the foundations of a healthy and safe life they provide. Scientific research methodological approaches in the process of forming a culture of students' health has clarified and substantiated. These methodological approaches to the formation of the culture of health of students of university in the process of their physical education are substantiated. The competence and axiological approaches, the latter of which contain cognitive and affective components, are singled out. The result of this process as the creation of an organized and purposeful strategy of the health culture of students we suggest to understand. Effective implementation of certain provisions in the practice of physical education at ensuring a proper level of health culture for students is aimed. |
