У статті на основі аналізу науково-методичної літератури розглянуто питання особливостей функціонування колективу учнів першого класу, що навчання в школі та психологічного клімату який формує даний колектив. Метою роботи було визначення особливостей психологічного клімату в колективі учнів першого класу та рівень їх шкільної мотивації. Методи дослідження: аналіз та узагальнення науково-методичної літератури, ресурсів мережі Internet, контент-аналіз, понятійно-термінологічний аналіз, теоретико-методологічний аналіз, педагогічні методи дослідження, опитування, методика емоційно-кольорової аналогії за А. М. Лутошкиним, методика визначення шкільної мотивації за Н. Г. Лускановою, методи математичної статистики. У дослідженні брали участь учні першого класу 6-8 років. Проаналізовано динаміку психологічного клімату у колективі учнів під впливом навчального процесу у загальноосвітній школі, в різних умовах оточення. Виявлено важливу роль мотиваційних пріоритетів у самопочутті дитини в складі колективу учнів. Розглянуто шляхи формуванню сприятливої психологічної атмосфери у учнівському колективі за рахунок системного застосування засобів та методів фізичного виховання.
The publication, relying on the analysis of scientific and methodological resources, covers the peculiarities of functioning of a group of first grade schoolchildren and psychological atmosphere within this group. The factors that influence the functioning of the schoolchildren‟s group are investigated in the light of other scientists‟ researches. The aim of the research is to distinguish the peculiarities of psychological atmosphere in the group of first grade schoolchildren and the level of their school motivation. Research methods: analysis and generalization of the data from scientific and methodological resources, Internet sources, content analysis, concept and term analysis, theoretical and methodological analysis, pedagogical research methods, enquiry, method of emotional and color analogies by A. M. Lutoshkin, method of school motivation estimation by N. G. Luskanova, methods of mathematical statistics are used in the investigation. The research is organized in the way which promotes analyzing the indices dynamics during the school year in two stages; 6-8 year-old first grade schoolchildren of general secondary school establishments from the cities of Krolevets and Vinnytsia participated in the research. As a result of investigation the dynamics of psychological atmosphere within this group of first grade schoolchildren under the influence of studying in general secondary school establishments in different environmental conditions is analyzed. The results of studying the indices dynamics throughout the duration of a schoolyear are presented. The advantage of moderate stabilizing nature of psychological atmosphere within this group of schoolchildren and positive influence of physical exercises upon the state of health of a child as a group member is established. The importance of motivation priorities of a child as a member of schoolchildren group for the state of health is defined. The description of dividing schoolchildren according to the level of their school motivation is provided. The presence of gender differences in the level of children‟s school motivation is observed. The ways of creating positive psychological atmosphere in the group of schoolchildren by means of systematic use of means and methods of physical education, promotion of cooperation among all participants of educational process are considered. |
