У статті розкривається необхідність дослідження особливостей конфліктної поведінки, способів управління ними, а також можливих причин посттравматичного стресу. Доводиться необхідність фахової, якісної допомоги людині з вирішенням будь-якого конфлікту та його наслідком – посттравматичним стресом. The article is devoted to the actual aspect, aimed at studying the essence of conflicts that may be the cause of post-traumatic stress, in order to identify them and solve them. The article reveals the necessity of studying the features of conflict behavior, ways of managing them, as well as possible causes of post-traumatic stress. There is a need for professional, qualitative help to a person with the resolution of any conflict and its consequence - post-traumatic stress. Artykuł poświęcony jest aktualnemu aspektowi, który ma na celu badanie natury konfliktów, które mogą stać się przyczyną stresu pourazowego, w celu ich zidentyfikowania i możliwości rozwiązania. W artykule ujawnia się konieczność zbadania cech zachowańia konfliktowego, sposobów zarządzania nim oraz możliwych przyczyn powstania stresu pourazowego. Udowodniono, że osoby walcząca z jakimkolwiek ściowa konfliktem oraz jego skutkami – stresem pourazowym - koniecznie potrzebuje fachowej jakościowej pomocy. |
